Abstract: According to the computer's dataout, the paper points out that D Jolley.drawing mathematical model contains much inborn defect,bears out that D Jolley. model's dataout is not similar with real drawing result,that the characteristic value(q) doesn't control D Jolley. model's similar process.Simultaneously, the paper advances a numerical value similar method on the basis of the expected value body (EVB) drawing theory,and demonstrates that new similar method is simple, exact and feasible based on it's computing result.
Abstract: In the paper,the parametric solid model of the basic parts of shaft and drift is set up by the geometric modelling technique.The spatial position of the models is fixed by the method of inserting point.In the support of the geometric modelling software,the underground minnig structure engineering is assembled with the solid models of shaft and drift.
Abstract: In this paper,the sintering layers of the coating compounded by different refractories were observed with SEM, and the relation between the state of the coating layers and the surface quality of the casting steel pipes have been studied. It is put forward that the thermal conductivity, the sintering degree of coating can effect the surface quality of the casting pipes directly.Reducing the thermal conductivity and the sintering degree of coating can avoid the pinholes.
Abstract: The system function of computer assisted instruction system for ironmaking in blast furnace was developed.The configuration of the CAI system made of multimedia computer was designed and the method to design the CAI course ware for ironmaking in BF was given in the same time.
Abstract: In this paper, systemic analysis on process of steelmaking in UHP-EAF was done by the method of "Black Box". With BASIC and DBASE algorithmic language,a computer sofeware of steelmaking in EAF has been developed according to the mathematical models, which based on the mass and thermal equilibrium as well as the chemical balance.
Abstract: In this paper the directional solidified grey iron of various carbon equivalent were thermodynamically analyzed, and the results show:under the condition of similar carbon equivalent, as the Si/C ratio increases the minimum eutectic solidification temperature of Fe-C-Si alloy rises,and the quantities of austenite dendrite are increased.Further analysis shows:the mechanism of increased quantities of austenite dendrites is that silicon makes the eutectic coupled zone move to the right in the Fe-C phase diagram.
Abstract: This paper has described a numerical method calculating temperature distribution of blast furnace staves under steady state,and analysed the effect of the heat flux on maximum temperature zone of copper staves and cast iron staves. Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of copper staves and cast iron staves have been compared.
Abstract: In order to study the heat transfer problem of microelectronic integratad circuit chips, numerical simulation of natural convection from constant temperature small size objects is carried out. The parabolized three-dimensional laminar boundary-layer equations are used to describe the flow and heat transfer phenomena.
Abstract: A new soaking-surface alloying technology to form a complex oxidationresistant coating on the surface of the graphite electrode is presented.This coating possesses an excellent conductuvity and an oxidation-resistivity,which can effectively reduce the sidewall consumption of the graphite electrode in the arc furnace steelmaking. The basic technical process of this new wey was described in this paper. Discussion included the formation mechanism and its kinetic model and the oxidation-resistant mechanism of this complex coating.
Abstract: The morphology and the microstructure of six different dianond films deposited by microwave plasma CVD have been studied by SEM and TEM.The observations of microstructure indicate that high dencity microtwins are formed during the(111)planes growth and a few of crystal defects are formed during the(100) planes growth.
Abstract: By means of orientation distribution function analysis, the development of cold rolling texture has been investigated in IF steel sheet. According to the experimental results, the density of the grain orientation in IF steel sheet is concentrated near α-fibre andγ-fibre along with the deformation increase. The texture of{111}<ll2>,{111}<110> and {112}<110> on the α-fibre and γ-fibre is increased along with increasing reduction.The increasing trend in {111}<110>、{111}<112> texture is more than that in the other texture.
Abstract: The influence of rare earth elements on structure in casting tool steel has been investigated by using optical microscope,high temperature hardometer, SEM, TEM, electron probe.The results show that the addition of micro rare earth elements to low alloy tool steel can decreases relative content of gross carbide, improve the dispersion, refine the austenite grain and reduce the dendritic segregation of chromium.
Abstract: The changes of microstructure in the recovery and recrystallization processes of as-hot-rolled dual-phase steels after compressive deformation were observed by means of TEM.The effect of Si and degree of deformation on these processes were studied.As a result, silicon obviously delays the recovery and recrystallization processes of experimental steels. The processes of light deformed(30%) steels were later than that of seriously deformed (90)% steels. The activation energies were also calculated from HRC-hardness testing results.
Abstract: Both tooth flank contact fatigue and tooth bending fatigue with ion-nitrogen case-hardening 25Cr2MoV steel gears were investigated. The conclusions of distributing rules both their fatigue lives and fatigue strength were obtained were investigated.The R-S-N curve equations,both limiting stress of tooth flank contact fatigue and limiting stress value of tooth bending fatigue under various reliabilities were also evaluated.
Abstract: Measurement and analysis of productivity on the TZG80-120F are carried out by using orthogonal design method. The influence of excitation force, angle of the feeder direction angle and burden thickness at the entrance on productivity is revealed. The influence of these parameters on the electric parameters is also revealed. The optimum plan of all of the parameters is found.
Abstract: A new method is presented to analyze a manipulator in KED,which is to divide the manipulator into three kinds of substructures—elastic links, rigidities and transmission systems-and to assermble the system equation with all substructures through the compatible matrixes. It is proved that the simulation based on this method has less computation and provides more reliable data for disigning a manipulator or its control system.
Abstract: Linear CCD used in detecting the shape of hot strip head area is discussed in this paper. The idea of three dimensions coordinate corresponding to the strip shape and temperature as well as how to select the relative parameters about two value image is described.According to specifiity of hot strip a digital filter is designed. The whole systerm has good result in laboratory,and make it easier that linear CCD used in head catting of hot strip optimally.
Abstract: Considering the electrical heating furnance's properties of large inertia,slow time -varying, nonlinearity, as well as serious cross coupling, and so on,the Dynamic Matrix Control (DMC) based on a model without parameters is proposed. A method of feedforward predictive compensation decoupling control is adopted,which makes it very easy to design a decoupling system. The real-time control result shows that the algorithm is available for the multivariable system.

Abstract: The problem that different dynamic performances correspond to different working styles has been presented for PUMA560 robot and other types of robots similar to PUMA560, and then a method and a simulation system for selection of the working style with the best dynamic performance are provided.
Abstract: Application of the Laplace-Fourier transforms and the Schmidt method, thermal stresses around two cracks of composite materials due to heat flow are determined.As an example,the thermal stress intensity factors around two cracks in a ceramic and steel bonded composite are calculated numerically.
