Productivity of the Self-Synchronization Vibration Feeder

  • Measurement and analysis of productivity on the TZG80-120F are carried out by using orthogonal design method. The influence of excitation force, angle of the feeder direction angle and burden thickness at the entrance on productivity is revealed. The influence of these parameters on the electric parameters is also revealed. The optimum plan of all of the parameters is found.
