A new method for non-invasive flow measurement is described, To heat the pipe by a clamp-on heater, the temperature difference upstream and downstream caused by flowing fluid is changed into the resistance via Pt-film resistances. Then, the flowrate can be measured using a non-balancing bridge.

Based on the need for decision of mine management department and the demand for technique of plant, the major factors influencing the grade of crude ore are analyzed, a systematic method applied to deciding rational grade of crude ore is put forward, and the method is designed systematically.
Abstract:
The interaction of Na2SiO3, H205 and H102 reagents was studied with orthogonal regression methed, and a regression methematical model is yielded. It deals with the dosages of the three reagents as well as the grade (β) and the recovery rate (ε) of RE minerals in flotation system. The experiment results show that the order of the interaction of the reagents is as follows:H205-Na2SiO3>H205-H102>Na2SiO3-H102.
Abstract:
The interface bonding strength of composite white cast iron embedded reinforcement steel bar was researched. The experimental results show that the interface bonding strength of this kind composite white cast iron is effected by surface treatments of steel bar and factors of cast-in process such as the volume ration of liquid white cast iron to the steel bar which inserted in, pouring temperature, preheated temperaature of steel bar.

With statistical analysis method, the centrifugal casting process of steel pipes is analysed. Its primary and secondary factors are put forward, and their reasonable control limits are also given.
Abstract:
The microstructure and the microstructural stability after long time aging(4×104 h) and short aging aging were invetigated on GH132 superalloy. The experimental results show that some brittle phases such as a phase and Laves phase are not observed both in long time aging at low temperature and short time aging at high temperature.However, γ' phase re-precipitation, coarsening and growth and η phase precipitation have been seen after short time aging in GH132 superalloy.
Abstract:
The RPS (sample solidified under reduced pressure) was made of a sand sample cup with which the conventional preheated metallic sample cup was substituted.As a result, the hydrogen blow hole degree of aluminium alloy casting can be predicted by the RPS' density and the quality of the melt can be controlled. Moreover a prevacuumized chamber is designed in the test apparatus, and the solidification chamber may reach the reduced pressure value in the shortest time so that the more exact test can be done. The properly reduced pressure of solidification with sand cup is about 11.3 kpa.
Abstract:
The influence of measurement condition and calculation method of the pole figure on the quality of ODF analysis is studied and the reasons are discussed. Some defects, which could result in obvious errors, are induced by the method of calculating ODF based on a quarter of the whole pole figure. It is suggested that the accuracy of ODF calculation can be increased by making the whole pole figure data average-weighted,and this method can also analyse the asymmetrical texture quantitatively and effectively.

The fundamental equation for the high speed knock-on process was derived.The high speed deformation, penetrating process and the super high speed knock-on process were analyzed. Based on the research, the idea of melt-penetrating process has been advanced, and the theoretical formula of penetration for the melt-penetrating process was derived. Its value is in good agreement with the experimental results.
Abstract:
A thin film of titanium carbide is obtained by vacuum evaporating of titanium. With diffusion treatment, the existance of titanium carbide is identified by X-ray diffraction analysis. Quantatitive analysis is made by XPS to invetigate diffusion of carbon atom between diamond and titanium film. Mechanical properties of sintered samples indicate that the binding between diamond and binder is strengthened.
Abstract:
A method for design of artificial neural network to predict properties of IF steel was studied. Based on the experimental data, a neural network was established. It is concluded that artificial neural network is an effective method for the process and composition design for large scale production of IF steel.
Abstract:
The warm rolling of aluminum plate was studied with the aid of elastic-plastic and thermal-mechanical coupled FEM, particular attention was paid to predict the temperature distribution through the backness of rolled plate.The influences of contact heat transfer, coefficient heat material data (thermal conductivity, heat capability, density) on calculated result were analyzed. Comparison of the calculated results with those from experiment show good agreement.

10CrCuSiV was a new kind of low alloy steel for resistance Sea-corrosion,its corrosion rate was 0.23 mm/a in the sea after immersed 7 years.Used the metallograph,lithofacies-MIC, X-ray diffraction, SEM and electron energy spectrum etc, the results are shown:1) The rust on the 10CrCuSiV steel has strong adhesive power, compact texture and small adhesiveness coefficient. 2) In-surface rust of the 10CrCuSiV consists of the Fe3O4 mainly and has better protection. 3) The alloying elements (Cr, Cu, Si etc.) are collected in the rusy pit,so the local corrosion is controlled effectively.
Abstract:
The experimental investigation on the reliability of gear-tooth fatigue strength of hardened and tempered steet 40Cr is dealt with. Four loading stress levels (6 samples each) are conducted. Based on the test data, a R-S-N curve and the related equation were fitted. Finally the limiting bending fatigue strength of the 40Cr gear-tooth under different reliabilities are evaluated.
Abstract:
Under Windows NT, an object-oriented table-driven method is proposed,which can be used to implement multithreaded processes and synchronize the startup shutdown of multiple processes. A general implementation framework is described for designing multitasked application. The key advantages of this framework are to utilize system resources and to achieve simultaneous execution of multiple tasks.

Based on the two Neural Network Study algorithim; Sensitivity Calculation and Self Constructing, two improved algorithm are proposed, which are proved to be better than the original algorithms by the experiments.
Abstract:
In order to realize the optimal control of temperature in the process of alcohol ferment, a new kind of self-organization fuzzy controller based on neural network with expert adjusting ability is proposed.The system mathematics model is not necessary in the new controller, which can reduce the influence of system paramenters.The quantization factors and the proportion factors are regulated automatically by expert system. The reasoning method of traditional fuzzy controller is replaced by the neural network method which can improve the real-time dynamic performance. The simulation experiment on the new controller is carried out. The results show that the new controller has better robustness, stability and precision.

The application of intelligent information processing used in deducing based on the norm description of image series and improvement of BP algorithm, the dynamic deduction of agglomerate equality was solved, Using the method of combining the norm description of image sevies with dynamic pattern recognition, which carved out a new way of applying information science to the intelligent control of complicated dynamic system.
Abstract:
The internal friction of GD a-Si:H films charged with hydrogen in hydrogen atmosphere were measured by reed vibrating method. As a result, hydrogen related peak appears at 47.5Hz and -46℃ with activation energy (0.30 ±0.05)eV and relaxation time 3.52×10-9 s. Further research is needed to make the nature clear.
Abstract:
Samples of 100 heats were collected from Anshan Iron and Steel Corpo ration (Angang). Their mechanical properties and microstructural parameters were measured and comprehensive chemical analysis was made. The regressive formulae of the relationship between mechanical properties and chemical compositions along with microstructural parameters are given. The comparison of chemical compositions is made between steel products of Angang and Baoshan Iron and Steel Works.
Abstract:
The temperature distribution of different graphite tubes were measured with fiber optic and thermoeletricity. By comparison of the results, it shows that a tube-in-tube has most homogeneous temperature distribution over others, therefore it has high sensitivity and high ability for the inhibition of interferences.
