Based on part link of substance-information system trend of Hainan iron mine,a ore quality control system which combines expert system and decision support system is built.The design way and method of the system are introdutal, and the operating result is appraised.
Abstract:
A mathematical model for appraising feasibility of the ores is developed with the way of fuzzy integrated appraisal. By appraising the feasibility of phosphat ore in different mine, it indicathe that the way of fuzzy integratal appraisal can exactly refled the effect of various elements on the feasibility of ores.
Abstract:
The 1000℃ partial isothermal section of Ti-Al-Y ternary phase diagram has been re-determined by using diffusion couple, electron microprobe analysis and metallography. The homogeneity ranges of two temary compounds Y(AlxTi1-x)2 and Y3(AlxTi1-x)2 (x=80%~100%) at 1000℃ have been discovered. Six single phase regions. nine tow phase regions and four three phase regions have been determined in the studied partial isothermal section. The max. solid solubilities of Y in TiAl and TiAl2 were found to be 1.25%(atom) and 4.20%(atom) respectively. However, those in Ti3Al and TiAl3 were found to be lowrr 0.1%(atom).
Abstract:
The thermal stress on the hot side of cast ironstaves and copper staves on the same condition was analyzed. It was known by calculating that, the thermal stress on the copper staves is smaller then copper sbave, and it is far less than the extension strength of the copper stave, so there is few cack occuring on the staves. Therefor, the property of the copper staves is better than that of the staves of cast iron.
Abstract:
The effect of the additon of RE, Al, Mn on the inclusions and mechanical properties of suspension casting steel is studied. The results show that the morphology,size, and distribution of inclusions in suspension cating steel are improved, and the plasticity,the tenacity of steel are increased by the additon of RE, Al, or Mn during pouring.The effect of RE or Al is more remarkable than that of Mn. RE or Al is reacted with O2 in molten steel and the large amont of oxide small in size is formed, so that the harmful influence of inclusions is decreased. Wlien RE is added in the form of No.1 RE alloy,the inclusions may accumulate,and the mechanical properties of steel deteriorate.

According to the checking method of blast furnace in our country,prediction model of silicon content in bot metal on mueral metworks has been developed by applying the method of artificial networks.This model has good adaptability and self-learning function.

A model and methods of Monte Carlo simulation of the magnetic properties of magnetic liquids have been pasented. The effects of the concentration,temperature and particle size of magnetic liquids upon their magnetic properties have been investigated by the calculation of the reduced magnetisation of a system containing 32 magnetic particle with the model constructed.
Abstract:
Based on analysis of all kinds of methods that calculatal the spread of bar steel rolling,it came to the conclusion that any of them can not satisfy the needs of CAD/CAE software system. Accurate spread formulae must be studied out by experiments and regression analyses according to different roll passes and different rolling mill layout. Used this method,two groups of spread formulae are separately suitable for opentrain bar mills and doubledue wire as well as bar mills.

Calculation formulae of superplastic extrusion are derived through the Sach's method in plastic analysis and Backofen's constitutive equation of superplasticity. Calculating formula and modle of Tang S are improved insuperplastic extrusion.Calculus of the theory are experimentlly studied through superplastic with Zn-22Al.

The mathematical formulas for roundness measurement has been descussed firstly based on the tri-probe error separation technique.Then the slideaverage method and digital filtering method employed in the data processing were discussed, these methods can effectiveoy control the interference signal and mise the signal/noise ratio.It is examined exeperimentally that the accuracy of roundness measurementcan be remarkablely improval with these methlods.

A measure method to increase the sampling precision is introdueed. The method is PLL(phaselock loops) simultaneously sampling. This method is adapt to measure the electric current, voltage, power and so on in the fluctuated power network.An example has been provided.

Introduces the design of the current control of the permanent magnet synchrous motor. The voltage vector is selected by the comparison of the current and by the limitation of the voltagevector. The system structure is simple and the harmonic of the motor issmall. The respond speed of the system is fast.

According to the model of finisher master speed and looper in hotstrip mill, it is finished that master speed setup and looper height close loop control by computer control system and C language. The actual object model is used in computer simulation and the simulating result is given.

The principle and the method of intelligent compound control for elctrode-lift in the steelmaking process introduced. Bang-Bang control is used in the melt-time, FUZZY control is used in the oxidaton-time. PID control is used in the reduction-time.The three harmony have adopted intelligent operate. The experimental results show that it has the advantages of fast regulating, fast trace and high control accuracy.
Abstract:
Presents a new method of on-line inference of sintering quality. Neural networks to build the sinternig quality inference model are used. To speed the learning, a fast BP learning algorithm with adaptive variable step size via linear reinforcement is presented.The experiment result is satisftory, and this method may be used widely in other complicated production proasses.
Abstract:
Ultimate tensile strength, elongation and area reduction of charged specimen with hydrogen were the same as that of uncharged specimen, i.e., there is no hydrogen embrittlement for copper. However, fracture stress and fracture time of SCC of charged specimen in NaNO2 solution were lower than that of uncharged specimens,i.e., hydrogen enhanced the suscepetibility to SCC for Cu. On the other hand, Hydrogen reduced corrosion potential and impedance.
Abstract:
The equilibrium between magnesium and sulfur in liquid iron has been studied by the vapour liquid equilibration method in a sealed chamber. The solubility product for MgS measured is K'MgS=2.36×10-4 and the equilibrium constant has been deduced as KMgS=2.10×10-4 for the reaction MgS=[Mg]+[S].
Abstract:
The species of the trivalent ions of chromium in the HCl containing systems have been studied. The proper electroactive species was found to be[Cr(H2O)6]3+. The electrodepostion of chromium was found to be strongly affected by the pH of the bath due to the different species of trivalent chromium at different pH, and coordination compounds of Cr3+ with HCOOH or(NH2)2CO were not found.
Abstract:
Linear polarazation method is used to select the best surface treatment technique for aluminium and its alloys in 21 kinds of cerium contained solution. The effects of the CeCl3 concentration, expose time, the solution temperature and pH on the corrosion resistance of the cerium rich coatings are discussed. The electrochemical measurement result shows that the corrosion resistance of aluminium alloy is significiantly improved after cerium rich coating is formed.Both cathodic and anodic corrosion processes are restrained. The surface analysis shows that the film consists of oxygen, cerium and aluminium.
Abstract:
The principle and way of dectecing ultrasonic displacement of solid surfaces with laser heterodyne and phase-lockedloop to demodulate are described. Ultrasonic displacement of solid surfaces is detected with a laser heterodyne interferometer and a satisfactory conclusion is got.
