Abstract:
The development and achievements are reviewed in the use of mathematical models and computer techniques in mine planning and production scheduling.An integrated and interactive approach to computer aided production scheduling systems is presented.As an application of the approach,the implementing features of a computer aided production scheduling system for underground coal mines are discussed.
Abstract:
Non-metallic inclusions accumulated in the inner-side of slab for vertical bending caster were obserbed by on-line sulphur-print examination.The quantity or distribution and composition of inclusions is examined for such slab.It is concluled that the non-metallic inclusions accumulated in the inner-side of slab came from the blockage matrix of the immersion nozzle,which was entrapped into the liquid pool.Some improvements to avoid the includions accumulation are also presented.
Abstract:
The effect and mechanism of residual aluminum in 35CrNi3MoV steel are studied.The results reveal that optimal residual aluminum content in 35CrNi3MoV steel is 0.010%Als.
Abstract:
According to the phase diagram and the coexistence theory of slag structure,a calculating model of mass action concentrations for CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 slag system is formulated.Satisfactory agreement between calculated and measured values shows that this model can reflect the structural characteristics of this slag system.Meanwhile,It is shown that the bascity at which 2CaO·SiO2 forms increases with the increase of Al2O3 content and that there is an active zone where ∑n is smaller than other part of the slag system.
Abstract:
(Ti50Al50)100-xYx ternary alloys with various Y content(x(atom)=0~2.0%) were designed and smelt.The effect of Y-addition on microstructure and mechanieal properties of TiAl alloys are investigated by metallography,scanning electron microscope,3-point bending tests and so on.The results show that the Y-addition can change the microstructure of TiAl alloys such as fining the grain size of γTiAl and promoting the formation of γ+α2 lammellar structure;Y in suitable addition amount can absorb interetitial atoms such as O and N and improve strength and ductility of TiAl alloys at ambient temperature;The strength and ductility of TiAl alloys will decrease because of the formation of new ternary compounds when Y-addition amount exceeds its solid solubility in TiAl alloys.
Abstract:
The difference between MnS distribution and mechanical properties of Fe-Cu-C-MnS sintered steels with admixed and pre-alloyed MnS is compared.It is found that when MnS is admixed,MnS particals between Fe powders affect the sintering of Fe powders,so the bounding strength of Fe powders and mechanical properties of Fe-Cu-C-MnS sintered steel is lowered.While MnS is pre-alloyed,MnS is distributed inside Fe powder,it has no influence on sintering between Fe powders and mechanical properties of sintered steel.
Abstract:
In the consideration of the application of texture on-line measurement to metal sheets 8 different pole figure data of an Aluminium sheet and an IF steel sheet were measured with X-ray.The orientation distribution functions were calculated differently and analysed,in order to obtain the relationship between the pole figure data and the texture informations of metal sheets.It is shown that measured area of pole figures could be reduced with increasing pole figure number,and the way how the measured area of pole figures are reduced should be related to the texture characteristics of the metal sheets.

The mechanism of Acoustic Emission phenomenon in cutting process is studied.A analytical model relating the acoustic emission signal energy content to the cutting process parameters in orthogonal metal cutting is presented.Its correction is confirmed by the result of experiments carried out in turning process.
Abstract:
A complex test about the parameters of technique and equipment has performed on roughing roll stands R2 & R4 of hot strip mill in WISCO.The rearch of it consists of the relationship between actual motion of rolls and axial forces of rolls on 4H-mills,the forming origins and values of axial forces.Depending on the test data,the actual loading,the mechanism of fracture and the working life of thrust bearing using for back up roll are explored,at the same time,some available steps are suggested to reduce the break of thrust bearings using for back up rolls on stands R2 & R4.

Neural net computation is applied to a optimal funtion which performed the dynamic matrix control.The simulation examples are demonstrated the effectiveness of the algorithm proposed.
Abstract:
An adaptive active noise control system based on LMS algorithm is set up.A measure system of impulse response in the room is designed according to the character of the noise in the motor driver cabin.In the adaptive active noise control system,the noise attenuation of the digital simulation is 40dB and the noise attenuation of the actual acoustic experiment is about 15 dB.

Abstract:
A composite cylindrical column of iron ore fines and coal fines was reduced isothermally at 1 100~1 250℃.The effects of temperature,time and Wcoal/Wore ratio on degree of reduction were studied and suitable additions of coal fines were determined.Activation energy values of the redution at different levels of fracational reaction were calculated with the help of an integration method.The reduction homogeneity of the composite cylindrical column in the radial directions were examined by chemical analysis and SEM observation.
Abstract:
The creep rate resulting from dislocation climb induced by vacancy supereaturation during the anodic polarization has been calculated.The results showed that the creep rate in both solutions increased linearly with the increase of the anodic current density and was approximately inversely proportional to the radius of the specimen and related to the degree of de-alloying.The experimental data supported the proposed mechanism.
Abstract:
A coprecipitation method was used for preparation of lead magnesium niobate-lead titanate dielectric ceramic powder.X-ray powder diffraction revealed that the powder calcinated at 800℃ had only perovskite phase.The density of ceramic discs sintered at 1 000℃ was up to 96.77% the theoretical value,and its dielectric constant was reached 20 940 at room temperature.

Using laboratory apparatus for high speed electroplating,the influences of addition of SiO2 in the bath and cathodic current density on the SiO2 content in coating,surface morphology of coating as well as the structure of coating are investigated.The ideal addition of SiO2 and cathodic current density is determined.

According to the formula,the factors of affecting to the reinforcing effect are put forward.And the reinforcing effect of the different form steel fibres are also compared.

The electrochemical behaviour and the current property of antimony based on the formation of ion-associate complexes of Sb(Ⅲ) with iodide and rhodamine basic dyes are investigated in HAc-NaAc buffer solution (pH 5.6).The mechanism of related reactions is discussed.A new simple,sensitive and selective oscillopolarographic method is established for the determination of trace antimony. The detection limit was 0.33 ng/ml.
