During the development of axle-housing steel, the composition and hot-rolling schedules have been studied and determined, the mechanics properties and formability of axle-housing steel have been tested, and the effects of composition and hot-rolling schedules on the mechanics properties and formability of axle-housing steel have been analyzed.
