  • The Technological characteristics and effects of technological parameters on the composition of surface alloyed layer on the matrix (20# steel, pure iron, 18-8 stainless steel) in process of double glow plasma surface alloying Inconel 626 has been studied. The results show that changing technological parameters can control the total content of alloyed element and Ni, Cr, Mo, Nb content in surface layer.
