Abstract: Photo analytic method usually used in aviation photography measurement, it was applied in displacement measuring of model experiment of soft rock tunnel. It confirmed that the result can meet the demand of experiment accuracy which use popular camera under omitting non-liner error,it has same application perspective to dynamic state experiment and non-contact measuremot. The priciple of deformation has positive signification tO select proper enhancement method.
Abstract: The complex movement regularity of particle group is analysed by using no-linear mathematical tools and the recurrence formula of movement is obtained in intensifying screen. The movement patten of particle group is calculated by using chaotic analyze method and the movement property of particle group is describe. As a result, the collision of particle group and screen is a complex process that is affected by many factors. It is difficult to describle exactly by the mathematical tools at present.
Abstract: The project structure tree is defined to describe the works structure and the work parameters of mine construction project. By making use of data structure theory and programming technology of Visual Basic, the growing algorithm of the project structure tree is researched, and the visual tree is built up. A new plannig method is put forward on the basis of visual project tree.
Abstract: A mathematical model for prediction of bottom erosion in blast furnace by boundary element method(BEM) was established. The 1 150℃ isotherm as a reference profile of the erosion of the hearth and bottom was calculated.Actual calculation shows that the accuracy of this solution of the model using BEM could be controlled and time spent on the new method are much less than that of the old method.
Abstract: On the basis of vacuum sealed molding process (V process), the vacuum sealed molding casting process (P-V process) under pressure is introduced. The molding compressive strength, shearing strength, tensile strength, toasting and metal liquid flowing are comprehensively analyzed.
Abstract: According to the coexistence theory of slag structure as well as the measured viscosity of MnO-SiO2,MgO-SiO, and CaO-Al2O3-SiOZ slag systems at different temperatures and slag compositions, calculating models of viscosity for these slag systems have been formulated.Calculated results agree well with measured results, showing that these models can correctly illustrate the relationships of viscosity with temperatures and the ma$s action concentrations of the structural units of these slag systems.
Abstract: Coulomb interaction, polarization effect and Van der Waals interaction play a significant role,and lead to the energetic asymmetry in the LnCl3,/MCl molten salts. The negative deviation from idea solution behavior sharply increases with the mixture from LiCl to CsCl, and the short-rang maximun ordering was observed at xLnCl≈ 0.2 from KCl to CsCl. Modified quasi-chemical model is a good approximation to describe the ordering properties. However, it is more reasonable to develop new thermodynamic model, considering the interaction between next closed-neighbor particles and interaction between unlike ion particles.
Abstract: The influence of different filters on efficiency of filtration and microstructures during the superalloys melting was investigated by means of X-ray diffractor, MAAS automatic image instrument and gas analyse. The experimental results show that both filters can strongly remove oxides, and that filter microstructures effect on the high-temperature property, impact property and efficiency of filtration of the filters.
Abstract: The relationship between fractal dimension of the 08Al steel plate blast sanded surface that of the steel-aluminium solid to liquid bonding plate shearing surface and interfacial shear strength was determined by using fractal theory.It was recieved that the maximum interfacial shear strength 65.3 MPa corresponded to the optimum fractal dimension 2.33 of the shearing surface of bonding plate,and the fractal dimension of the blast sanded surface of Steel plate Which was blast sanded by the wheel made by steel wire (diameter was 1.4mm) was 2.36.
Abstract: The effect of microstructure on stress rupture property in fine cast IN 718 alloy having grain size of ASTM 3~5 has been investigated. Intergranular fracture as a main kind of creep fracture, and most of Laves phase, δ phase and carbides positioning in grain boundary in fine grain cast material have been found by analyzing the stress rupture fractograph and microstructure. The test results has exprienced that carbides and Laves phase in grain boundary will cause reducation of stress rupture properties.
Abstract: The effects of LiF and B2O3, which are fluxes of ceramic bond of cBN abrasive grain, were studied. The results showed that the optimum binding strength betWeen abrasive grain and bond can be acquired by using Proper content of LiF and B2O3 in ceramic bond. However, to improve the strength of samples further, the strength of bond itself has to be considered as a critical cause. LiF and B,O, are advantageous to protect the cBN abrasive grain from reacting with other compositions in the ceramic bond.
Abstract: The train wheel rolling mill of Steel Wheel Factory of Tai Yuan Heavy Mechanical (Group) Limited Company are introduced. The speed relationships among oblique rolls, wheel and main roll and cross section circle line equation of middle cone section of oblique rolls are determined. The contact area among each part of oblique rolls, pressure rolls and wheel and horizontal, vertical component of force of each section of oblique rolls are computed. In addition, through analyses of forces under the condition of being dynamic Steady in the Process of wheel rolling, each mutual function forces are got.
Abstract: The multi-element Ni-Cr-Mo-Nb surface alloying has been studied by means of Double Glow Plasma Surface Alloying Technique. The results show that the highly alloyed gradient Ni-base surface alloying layer can be formed by double glow multi-element Ni-Cr-Mo-Nb plasma sauce alloying. The composition demising phenomenon, which exist in plasma Ni-Cr-Mo-Nb scarce alloying Process, has been discussed based on alloying element diffusion.
Abstract: The Technological characteristics and effects of technological parameters on the composition of surface alloyed layer on the matrix (20# steel, pure iron, 18-8 stainless steel) in process of double glow plasma surface alloying Inconel 626 has been studied. The results show that changing technological parameters can control the total content of alloyed element and Ni, Cr, Mo, Nb content in surface layer.
Abstract: The microstructure and solidification behaviour of stainless steel layer in composite pipe were investigated by means of TEM and SEM. The results show that the crystal of stainless steel layer grows in columnar grains. The columnar grains consists of austenite. A thin layer of ferrite exists between the columnar grains. The intermetallic compound AINi precipitates in ferrite zone. The σ phase precipitates at the phase boundaries between austenite and ferrite.
Abstract: A method of adaptive filtering based on the neural network to solve the problem of the multisensor signal processing is PrOPosed. The results of the simulating multichannel noise and signal filtering experiments, express that the method can decrease various background noise efficiently and quickly.

Abstract: The simple relationship between ω, β and the hydrostatic stress by using theory of slip line field was gained. According to the results of three-dimension FEM computation, the distribution of hydrostatic stress at crack tip has been obtained, the reason about the influence on the decrease of hyfrostatic stress of shallow notch has been analyzed, and the reasonable viewpoint of β and ω in analysis of slip line field has been verified. A new method is provided for theory analysis of shallow crack on the elastic-plastic fracture.

Abstract: Based on the theory of process identification, according to the mathematical model of three-phase induction motors in αβ coordinate,the mathmatical model of the temperature forecast of the stator windings is developed. Based on 80C552 single-chip micro-processor, the hardware and software system of on-line monitoring the temperature of the stator windings of three-phase induction motors are designed.The experiments verify the correctness and feasibility of this method.
Abstract: In order to overcome the shortcoming of the G-P algorithm and its improved form, a new approved algorithm has been proposed. When the new algorithm is used, the determination of the no-scale interval is simplified and the judgement for the saturation of the correlation dimension is realized objectively. It is very efficient for the identification of chaotic signal. Based on the new G-P algorithm, further discussion and analysis about the new G-P algorithm is carried out. The simulation results show that the applicable range of the new algorithm is very wide.
Abstract: Aimed at complex dynamic systems, a new method of dynamic fuzzy identification based on Genetic Algorithm is proposed. A new algorithm for learning fuzzy rules is given. Fuzzy inference systems and genetic learning algorithm are discussed to nonlinear system modeling.The simulation results show that this method has good effectiveness.
