Abstract:
A model of nitrogen removal from liquid steel in process of powder injection with sealed under argon blowing conditions was estabilished by theoretical calculated and test.The calculated results were in accordance with the dare measured experiment. The results show that the main effect factors on nitrogen removal from liquid steel are nitrogen partial pressure on the facial of liquid steel and flow of cpu blowing. The problem of nitrogen pickup has been solved prefectly by the technology.
Abstract:
The process time of hot metal ladle was measured and analyzed, and the neck of hot metal supply was pointed out when two or three converters are located in one line. The most annual capacity of one converter was calculated in different neck. The result is that three converters located in one line are not suitable for the production demand of fast converter In the meantime, anneal capacity is calculated, and the adaptability is discussed to the higher speed continuous casting about new converters layout in Japan. The references are provided for enterprise alteration in our country.
Abstract:
By using the commercial code CFX, the three-dimensional model to simulate the fluid flow in slab continuous caster mold has been set up. This mathematical model is proved by the experimental results of water model. By using this model, the effects of the SEN outflow angle, immersion depth and casting speed on velocity fields in the slab mould are studied. This model is an efficient means for optimizing the structure of the mould and the submerged entry nozzle (SEN).
Abstract:
The diecasting TiC/Al-9Si-1.4Cu-0.5Mg composite formed by melt in situ reaction technique has been successfully fabricated. The tensile properties of the composites were tested. The results have shown that the ultimate tensile strength of the diecasting 5%TiC/Al-9Si-1.4Cu-0.5Mg composite was 354 MPa and 272 MPa at room temperature and at 260℃ respectively, 26% and 46% increases over the values of unreinforced alloy (280 MPa and 186 MPa) respectively. The tensile elongations of the 5%TiC/Al-9Si-1.4Cu-0.5Mg composite at room temperature and at 260℃ respectively are near upon those of unreinforced alloy. Finally, the way of further improving the strength of TiC/Al-9Si- 1.4Cu-0.5Mg composites is also discussed.

The synthesis, specific capacity, cycle-ability and safety performance of layered LiNi1-xMxO2 for lithium-ion batteries were reviewed. The research direction and methods of the synthetic material in the future were prposed on the system of LiNi1-xMxO2.
Abstract:
A compound artificial synovia was prepared by adding Lα-dipalmitoyl phosphatidylcholine(L α-DPPC) riposomes and γ-globulin to a saline of sodium hyaluronate (HA),by which two kind of tribology slider pairs-PVA-PVA-H/VA-H and PVA-H/316L S. S. were lubricated, an oscillator-type tri-biometer and M2000 wear test machine were used to determine their tribology parameters respectively. The experimental results showed that the lubricating behavior of compound synovia has a significantly improvement compared to the hyaluronic acid solution alone. It's probably that these improvements benefit from the adsorbed films on the PVA-H surface composed of protein and phospholipids and the boundary lubricating ability of the additives.

The prediction models of carbon steel and low alloy steel in atmosphere between corrosion rate exposure time were achieved,according to environment data and material corrosion data collected by atmospheric corrosion sites of China and using artificial neural network method.Relationship between corrosion rate and exposure times for carbon steel and low alloy steel in atmosphere was stuelied chieved, a based on environment data and material corrosion data and using studied artifial neural network methed. And the prediction models for predicting corrosion value of metal in atmosphere were achieved.
Abstract:
A new way to fine steel structure has been developed. It is the austenite-ferrite-repeating deformation. The effect of austenite-ferrite-repeating deformation on the mechanical properties of steel Q235 has been investigated by introducing a thermal simulation sample which has been worked out by ourselves. The results of the study indicate that the mechanical properties of steel Q235 are enhanced by this new method.
Abstract:
On the basis of the data obtained on Cam Plastometer with constant strain rate, the predicting model for the relation between flow stress and deformation strain, strain rate and temperature of carbon steel has been developed by Artificial Neural Network method. Compared with nonlinear regression method, the neural network model gives better results.

Casing thread connection must satisfy structural integrity. Thus the thread off failure's influential parameters of casing thread connection were simulated by the finite element method that can be used to consider large distortion and large slippage on thread contact boundary Results show:thread taper has very small effect on thread off, and material property has the biggest effect on thread off. The first position of thread off is coupling end, and that position is tallied with the position during actual operation.

In the thin plate slab continuous-casting and continuous-rolling device imported by Handan Iron & Steel Corporation,the stability and responding speed of fast hydraulic actuating mechanism are raised with automatic gauge control (AGC) using long distance hydraulic cylinder combined with step backup plate for hot-rolling plate and strip production. The method of digital sedation was used to investigate the dynamic characteristic of hydraulic AGC system of hot rolling mill in CSP line of Handan Iron and Steel Corporation. On the basis of the math model, the effects of main parameters impact on the dynamic characteristic of system by using the newest software _Matlab were studied.

Based on the study of the principles of expert system, the designing characteristics and component selection of belt conveyor as well as the real work condition, a expert system suitable for the design of belt conveyor and the selection of its specific components is established. This system is programmed in Visual C++ language, developed in module structure, and has a friendly graphic user interface.

Abstract:
A concept of general plant model and an expert system structure of generating optimizing technological curve for reheating furnace and a concept of fuzzy judgement for product quality and an design scheme of fuzzy adaptive control of tracking reference model output is proposed. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the scheme.
Abstract:
A real coiling temperature control system for hot rolling strips was investigated for a long time. A useful self-adaptive regulation was obtained. First before the self-adaptive calculation the initial value which combines the target with the measured information can be got by using the coiling temperature model. Then the result of the self-adaptive caculation can be used to correct the simple model in order to improve the model accuracy. For the more, some modified methods were put forward and applied into the production line. As result, the good effect was achieved.

A experiment circuit of secure communication system based on a digital chaos is developed for the first time. Synchronization is completed with a new method——cycles and interval pulses drive. The noise characteristic and secure capability of system are analyzed. Experimental results turn out that the secure communication system is reliability.

A analysis on theory and validity of continuous flow chaos generators used in secure communication systems is presented. The section characteristic of Logistic Map is induced, based on it, a digital chaos generator is designed and realized. Experimental results show output signals' characteristic is identical to the Logistic Map's. The validity of the generator is turned out.
Abstract:
Based on optimal region of wheeled mobile platform and the relation between mobility and manipulability of wheeled mobile manipulator, a new optimal criterion for wheeled mobile manipulator's multi-point motion planning problem was proposed. The criterion has explicit meaning and includes not only the cost of mobile platform, the cost of manipulator, but also the cost which mobile manipulator takes to go away from it's optimal configuration and the cost which commutation configuration takes to go away from it's optimal value. Finally, the feasibility of the method was proved by simulation.
Abstract:
The statistical relationship between feature vector and quality index is built by regress analysis and then the quality index is expressed to the regress function of feature vector. By this means, a statistical mapping relation between in.feature space and quality index space is built and a online pattern recognition method based on the statistical mapping space is provided through the clustering in quality space and classification in feature space. The validity of the method is verified by the simulation results of the data from Sinter factory of Tangshan Steel Corporation. From the algorithm analysis and simulation results, this method can effectively overcome the pattern intercross and can be used for complex production process quality online prediction.

Continuous Variable Feedback Synchronization(CVFS) algorithm is a simple control method for the synchronization of chaos. However, the adjustment of the feedback value in CVFS algorithm is very difficult. In order to solve this problem, a new algorithm named FGACVFS, which combined fuzzy genetic algorithm (FGA) with CVFS is proposed. The simulation result show that the a djustment of the kii (the elements in feeback matrix) is very convenient and efficient.
Abstract:
The structure,function and characteristic of expert system of standardization management for corrosion and protection in refinery (ESSMCPR) was introduced. In ESSMCPR, aritifical neueal network (ANN) and Fitness-For-Service technology were used to evaluate the corrosion defects in refinery, and can make suggestions for lower temperature and pressure if the defects is incompetent automatically. In additoon, ESSMCPR would give out the corrosion type,mechanism, characteristics all effect factors on line in refinery. The select material commend tables to anti-corrosion for distillation, catalyse and coking equipment were also gave in ESSMCPR.
