This paper mainly studies the mathematical models for flow stress of red copper by doing experiment with a cam plastometer at a constant deforming rate. The paper provides many flow stress diagrams concerning red copper under different strain temperatures,different strain rates and different deformation degrees. At the same time, on the foundation of analyzing and comparing the regression results of nonlinear models, mathematical models of high accuracy for flow stress was put forward.

The formula of connector stresses in different conditions based on elastic mechanics theory is presented,and the computer simulation is made.The results are comparable with those of experiment done abroad. Therefore this software can be applied to analyzed casing mechanical property in practice.

A high rigidity mill stand in which the roll can be quickly changed together with guide as been proposed. This type of stand is suitable for bar, wire and section steel rolling. A device named "CASSETE" is mountal on the mill housing. The roll and guide can be premounted in the cassete, and adjusted off line. With the cassete, the roll and guide can be hoisted and mounted at the same time.
Abstract:
Hydraulic screwdown roll gap regulating device is used on cross wedge mill.Based on the Popov-Landau's ultra-stability thorem, a kind of electrohydraulic servo model reference adaptive control system is introduced. The paper gives the algorithm, design method, theoretical analysis and digital simulation results,which shows that this controlled system has good static and dynamic characteristic.The simulation results of the MRAC system proposed here also show good following and anti-interference ability.The form of the controller is easier for field use.

Based on the practical measurement of thermal field on vibrating screen for hot agglomerate mine at sintering static stress is studied by using computer software SAP5p.The equivalent line of stress is made. The maximum points of stress on the box of screen are found. The result can be used in the design and further research of hot mine screen.
