Abstract

The rolling parameters on expert experience and second optimal predetemination of SCC, optimal control of SCC and system control of tension sensor are predetermined by the main technology that consists of computer system structure of SCC and DDC,garge control tactics and Tention AGC Fuzzy control of DDC.
