Thermodynamic process of formation of High-Water Material and its hydration has been calculated and analyzed.The description of the thermodynmic properties and other physical-chemical properties of the High-Water Materials provide an important theorical basis for the production and application of the High-Water Materials.

On the basis of stress-time curves from intens loadding experiment with light gas gun,some dynamic properties of cement stone are studied by improved Lagrangian analysis method(curved surface-fitting method),and many signifiiant conclusions,for examplle:stagnant-return phenomena of stress-strain curves,strain-rate effect and waveform dissipation are get.
Abstract:
A dynamic mathematical model for determining carbon contents in a converters has been established and the experiment was carried out in a induction furnace with a capacity of 50kg.Results are as follows:Contiuous analysis of exhaust gas content in a furnace by mass-spectrometer is accurate and quick.Flowrate of exhaust gas is calculated with high precision.Carbon contents in molten steel is calculated by the mathematicial model with a tolerance from 0 to 0.055%,and the average error of 0.03% during the whole blow process.Splashing is one of the factors which affect the accuracy of model estimation.In a practical production,with a larger furnace capacity and better condition, precision of the carbon content estimation will be improved to a large extent.
Abstract:
The interface between the aluminum(or zinc) matrix and SiC was characterized by interface reaction thermodynamics,EDAX and HREM.A transition layer of Al2MgO4 was observed at the interface between the partly a phase and SiC,and no reaction was found at η-Zn/SiC interface.

Proceeding from the analysis of ironmaking process,the decision support system of logistics management and production optimize has been made based on several function model.The system has combined process control with logistics management,and given the decision support for the system optimization of ironmaking production.
Abstract:
It was found that the tarnsverse corner cracks occurring on the Al-Si killed medium carbon steel cc slab produced by Baoshan Iron and Steel Company.The hot ductility of GR4151 cc slab was measured with Gleeble-1500 tensile test machine.Some of the fractures were examined by means of optical microscopy and SEM.There exist two low ductility temperature regions for the GR4151 steel within the temperature range from melting points to 700℃,i.e.Region I from the melting point to 1330℃ and Region Ⅲ from 860~740℃.In Region Ⅲ,the ductility loss is due,in part to strain-induced precipitation of the fine particles of AlN at the austenite grain boundaries and, in part to the austenite-ferrite phase transformation.Counter measures against transverse corner cracks were proposed.
Abstract:
Mo-rich Cu alloy was made with the method of liquid phase sintering the mixed Mo and Cu powder.The sintering property and structure were studied by means of TEM,SEM and EDXA.The results indicate as follows:as the result of Mo solution and reprecipitation,the medium of Mo-Cu changing in composition is formed on the surface of Mo particles,and the structure is homogeneous with fine Mo particles;the optimum sinter temperature is at which wetting angle is around zero.
Abstract:
A new process SHS-Centrifugal technique to produce stainless steel lined composite pipe is introduced.The structure of the composite pipe and the properties of the SHS stainless steel are discussed.Metallurgical bonding between the outer pipe and the SHS stainless steel layer is achieved in the composite pipe.The corrosion resistance of this SHS stainless steel is better than that of the conventional stainless steel.

The texture changes and characteristics of β matrix in Ti-16%Al-30%Nb alloy was investigated during compression at 750℃ and annealing.It is shown that the grain orientations with{111} plane parallel to compression plane are stable and the grain orientations with{110} plane parallel to compression plane are unstable.The grain orientations have not been changed very much during deformation,neither after annealing.The deformation texture came mainly from initial texture before compression.The orientation stability of β phase during deformation and the possibility of recovery during annealing were also discussed.

Based on the Timed Petri-Nets,an extended Timed Petri-Nets(E-TPN) was proposed,which is more suitable for modeling production plan.Combining the E-TPN model with expert system,the expert simulation system for production plan was designed and established.By means of the system,the production plans were simulated and optimized.Then the user can get the optimized production plan.

Reasonable flatness control strategies for various controlling approaches are studied,which are very important to the flatness control characteristic of the high-tech cold rolling mills with much more flatness control actuators.An available flatness control strategy model for a CVC4-Hi cold rolling mill such as the cold rolling mill in Baoshan Iron and Steel Company is founded.
Abstract:
State space-predicative control algorithm in combination with intelligent control algorithm and its application in the electric heating furnace are introduced.The results of real-time control proved that its overshoot reduces 5℃,adjust time shortens 60 s,and precision hightens ±℃,compared with state space-predicative control algorithm.
Abstract:
Based on the basic principle of flux locus control,then a new type of full digital control PWM inverter by 8098 single chip microcomputer is designed.The equilateral 60-side polygon of flux control is adopted in this system.A new method of instantaneous cutting of zero vector insertion is presented,instead of the fixed insertion method.It saves the storing space of table,improving the real-time nature of control.And the switching frequency of inverter is regulated automatically.

The new AGC algorithm with variable structurs and parameters was gived.It has proved in practice that in large initial thickness error condition the lot rolling qualified rate increase 5%~10% and the influence to flatness after AGC putting in work is reduced.
Abstract:
The Computer Aided Design of refractory mold,which is realized under the condition of visualization using CAD technique was presented.Also,three features of visualization technique were descripted.It has been shown that visualization technique can provide a good designing condition,minimize developing period and improve the designing quality.

Automatic control of zinc hydrometallurgy process in Zhuzhou smelter is researched.A mathematical model of the purification process is propounded,and a dynamic optical control scheme is presented.The effectiveness of the scheme is demonstrated with simulation.

Conducting polyaniline was used as the precursor of carbon electrode material for lithium ion secondary battery.The test shows that this carbon electrode material has the good charge/discharge capacities and good cycle characteristics.It could be used as the anode of Li-ion battery.

Y2O3 stabilized ZrO2 toughened nanometer Al2O3,μmAl2O3 ceramic composites are obtained with a high-shear two-roll mill process.Their structure and mechanical properties are studied respectively.Further more,the microstructure of these ceramic composites was designed through mixing three grain-size powders.A fine ceramic composites of ZrO2/nmAl2O3/μmAl2O3 is obtained.This ceramic composites can be densified above 98% of theoretical at 1550℃.Its flexual strengh and toughness are fine.
Abstract:
A mathematical model of three-dimensional steady-state heat conduction in the contact surface between two coaxial cylindrical layers is developed and an analysed solution of thermal resistance of contact is obtained.It is shown that the heat conduction in the rugosity unit cell may be reduced to an arrangement of the fluid thermal resistance,the rugosity thermal resistance and the constriction thermal resistance.

The flow injection spectrophotometry for the determination of total iron with three colored systems (Fe(Ⅲ-Semi-XO,Fe(Ⅲ)-5-Br-PADAP,Fe(Ⅲ)-CAS-HDMAA-Triton X-100)respectively and systematically has been studied by assembling equipment.The investigation on the influence of various conditions and the optimization of operant parameters have been carried out.Three new flow injection procedures have been established.

Using the frame structure of fuzzy recognizable pattern space a mathematic model for automatic rating of carbides in tool steel has been established,and tested by applying the model successfully to standard patterns to quantify the inhomogeneity of eutectic carbides in alloyed tool steels.
Abstract:
A mechanical stability criteria is used to investigate the mechanical propoties of metal Al.The method is applied to calculate the tension strength of Al crystal by the EAM potential proposed by A Voter et al when the crystal is subjected to an uniaxial tension or compression along[100] direction.Under compression the crystal structure is transformed from FCC into BCC and then from BCC into BCT.The BCC and BCT structures are unstable.Under tension the crystal is destroyed,when the thoeretical strain arrives at 14.42% and the corresponding theoretical strength is 0.64×104 MPa.From above calculations it is obtained that when the strain of the deformed crystal is out of the range from-11.56% to 14.42%,the EAM potential is not suitible to describe the mechanical properties of metal Al.
