Abstract:
The simple mould of solid particle and spool valve is established. The effect patterns of particle on spool valve surfaces is discussed. It is pointed out that the particle's strength, the relative size of particle and clearance of valve, the hardness of valve surfaces are the important factors which affect the effect patterns.
Abstract:
The flow state of airflow in the bend passages is analyzed. The control equation and boundary condition of the gas phase flows are determined. The mathematical model of the finite difference and the computer program are presented. The effect of geometric parameter of the passages on the resistance are analyzed by theoretical computations and experiment, and calculated results and experimental data is good agreement.
Abstract:
Self-affine of time series which exists in vibration signals of rolling bearings is investigated. The vibration signals' imbedding space is rebuilt, and each the fractal dimension is calculated. Some experimental results are presentted. One technique based on the detecting fractal dimensions of time series in different working status is developed for recongnizing the rolling bearings' fault characteristics.
Abstract:
An expert system based on neural networks for predicting and judging the state of blast furnace is developed by applying the method of combining neural networks with traditional expert system. The system with high hit ratio has strong adaptability and good self-learnning function.
Abstract:
The scheduling system in continuous casting workshop is characteristic of discrete event. Some experiments are made on the simulating model. Programming the scheduling software and stimulating the process of full continuous casting are achieved by computer. The practical production with availably optimum scheme diagrams is provided for reference.
Abstract:
Titanium-bearing blast furnace slag is carbonised in the nitrogen plasma. With the sample of slag held for 1h in the plasma furnace at 1700℃, 92% TiO2 in the slag can be transformed into TiC(N) and the diameter of 40% TiC(N) crystalline is more than 20 μm. Carbonized slag is separated by weight-dressing. As a result, the concentrate is obtained which contains TiC(N) of more than 50%, and the recovery rate of titanium can be more than 90%.
Abstract:
The determination condition of gallium by extraction-photometric method with ethyl rhodamine B is studied systematically in comparision with rhodamine B and butyl rhodamine B. A new analytical method of trace gallium in sefstromite and slags is developed.
Abstract:
The injection molding of stainless steel 316 powder (-200 mesh) is studied. Through the election of materials, procedure of injection molding and properties measurement, the research work is found that it is possible to make injection molding using coarser powder(comparing with the usual injection molding powder) and to get samples with higher density, stable sintering shrinkage, better tenacity and hardness. It is feasible to produce practical parts with the method of stainless steel powder injection molding.
Abstract:
An investigation on the amount, the distribution, and the formation mechanism of hercynite (FeO. Al2O3) contained in the ceramic layer of ceramic lined steel pipes is performed by means of theoretical analysis and experiment. As a result,the amount of hercynite is decreased to 5.6%, and hercynite is isolated in Al2O3 grain boundary to improve the corrosion resistance of ceramic layers.
Abstract:
The influence of various alloying elements, including Cr, Mo, Ti, Ni, Si, Mn on the room temperature ductility, cyclic oxidation behaviour at 800℃, phase constituents of the scale, and Al composition profile along the surface to matrix of stoichiometric binary Fe3Al intermetallics are investigated. The results indicate that only Cr improves the room temperature ductility of the Fe3Al with DO3 structure under vacuum condition, while other elements decreases the ductility in different content. The beneficial effect of Cr can not attributed to the modification of oxidation dynamics, phase constituents of the scale and surface condition leading to alleviation of environment embrittlement.
Abstract:
The defective cast blades blanks of K6 alloy are examined by means of optical, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Energy Dispersive X-ray Spetrum (EDS). The results show that the main reason of discarded blades is the existence of non-metallic inclusions in cast K6 alloy getting into cast blades blanks in process of casting mould. Therefore, it is necessary to control the quality of raw and processed materials of K6 alloy and to select suitable technological parameters for melting and casting.

Based on the theory of solid-liquid two-phase fluid and the achivement in experimental research on hydraulic lifting and jet-pump lifting, the computer calculating on the jet-pump lifting experimental system is carried out. The results are compared to the KSB Corp's offshore experimental data at the same time.
Abstract:
Using cam-type compression testing machine, four kinds of aluminium-alloy materials are tested in hot process at constant strain rate. The affects of strain, strain rate and deformation temperature on flow stress are analysed. By regressing,comparing and analysing various form of mathematical models of flow stress, one model with higher calculation accuracy, simpler form and more suitable for on-line computer control and engineering calculation is determined.

A intelligent fuzzy control algorithm and its application in the electric heating furnace are introduced. The results of real-time control prove that it has the advantages of small overshoot short adjust time and high precision, compared with the traditional PID.

A new techniques for on-line measurements of inclusions, ESZ principle,is given. Based on experimemts under low temperature and high temperature, ESZ principle is proved to be a practical technique for on-line measurements of non-conductive inclusions in conductive liquid.

The mode of PM motor is derived. A control structure of PM motor AC servo system is put forward on the basis of vector control theory. The torque dose-loop vector control system, in which DSP is used as controller and IGBT is used as power switch component, is completed for PM motor. Finally experimental results are presented.

Abstract:
A α'-phase structure is got after Fe-69.7%(atom)Cr alloy aging for four years at 500℃. Its M?ssbauer spectrum characteristic is determined. The results indicate the M?ssbauer spectrum obtained at 300 K is a pure Lorentzian lineshape, the overall width of composite absorbed spectrum increases considerable with temperature droping, and the range of superfine field reaches about 3 072.20kA/m at 77 K. The behaviour of superfine field is similar to that of ideal paramagnetic model. This phenomenon demonstrates that the α'-phase is a paramagnet above 77K. By thermal cycling treatment from 1200℃ to room temperature, a considerable acceleration of Cr atom diffusion to grain boundaries and α'-phase precipitation in Fe-24.6%Cr-5%Al alloy occurres, and which cause the alloy embrittlement.
Abstract:
The influences of ICP-AES measure conditions and the matrix effect on intensity of spectral line of scandium are systematically studied. Yttrium is employed as an internal standard element and the analytical line pair (Sc 361.384/Y 361.105 nm) is chosen. Thereby the analytical method is developed for direct determination of trace scandium in sefstr?mite and slags by ICP-AES.

Through simulating total target, total investment and investment constructure, the current situation of investment of Chinese national economy is analysed, and a improved proposal to unrational investment constructure is put forward.
