  • Number controlled polystyrene(PS) opals were self-assembled 3D photonic crystal(PC).B2O3-P2O5-SiO2(BPS) inverse opals were fabricated by capillary force infiltrating BPS and selecting removing the PS ball.Absorption and transmission spectrum indicated that photonic band gap(PBG) was blue shifted obviously.XRD shows that the BPO4 crystal phase was increased with the temperature increasing,which might change the dielectric constant and should be paid attention for the PC usage.
