Equilibrium constants of defect reactions, Gibbs free energies and formation enthalpies of defects in undoped, acceptor-doped and donor-doped SrTiO3 are presented on the bases of analysis of defect chemistry and corresponding reports. Thus, the concentration of point defects of the SrTiO3 can be calculated and predicted.
