Abstract

Abstract

The concept of Periodic Asynchronous Rolling is put forward for the first time and the main cause leading to random parallel waves across the width on jobbing sheet surface on the roll is analyzed. Then improvement measures and adjustments on the rolling mill have been taken. The surface quality of products is obviously improved.
