Methods of cBN Synthesis under High Pressure and Temperature

  • The influences of temperature, pressure and the elevating pressure speed on the amber cBN synthesis using catalyst have been studied.The resultS show that, under the experimental conditions, both temperature and pressure for the amber cBN synthesis are belower than these for the diamond synthesis, and the results of cBN synthesis can be improved if the elevating pressure speed is slowed down.
