Discussion about On-Line Measurement Techniques of Deep-Drawing Steel Sheet

According to the on-line measurement techniques of deep-drawing sheet so far the principles and technologies of X-ray as well as ultrasonic on-line measurement were discussed.The key part of the techniques is to obtain the texture information.Using ODF analysis on IF steel sheet the influence of ODF expansion order l_max on the texture information was analyzed. Several technical problems appeared on the on-line measurement and the possibilities to improve the measurement accuracy were then discussed. It is believed that the method based on X-ray technique would have better future.
