The measurement on an air-mist mozzle is reported and the results are compared with that on a water mozzle. Both results are in disagreement and show that heat transfer coefficient of strand not only depends on the water flux but depends on the spraying conditions, such as the droplet size, the droplet velocity, the air amount if using air-mist nozzle.
