Abstract

Abstract

The oxide inclusions in steel have a important influence on the qualities of rolled product.
In this paper, the quantity, morphology,composition and dimensional distribution of oxide inclusions for the strand of horizontal continuous casting has been studied.As well as the origin of oxide inclusions in the strand of continuous casting is discussed.
