  • The approaches of intuitive derivation are presented for the various equivalent cuircits of a transistor from its physical model. These approaches only use the concept of equivalent transformation of circuits, and avoid the tedious mathematical derivation. They have the advantages of having clear physical meaning and exposing clearly the relationships among various equivalent circuits.
