Abstract:
By means of permeating tests of rock under triaxial compression, the permeability rule in full strain-stress process has been studied. It is found that the permeability coefficient is generally not a constant, but varies with the inner structure evolution of rock in full stress-strain process. The highest permeability occurs mostly in strain softening period. The results indicate the importance of both controlling fracture occurrence and deformation development after rock failure in prevention of water in-rush catastrophe.
Abstract:
In order to control the ground subsidence, protect the agricultural fields and safely caving under the building, in-situ test of the strata(bed) separation grouting by fully mechanized top coal caving have been improved several times in the Yanzhou Coal Area. During the test, the dynamic principles of development of strata(bed) separation have been studied. Its conclusion is suited to apply the technology of the strata(bed) separation grouting under the similar condition.
Abstract:
On the basis of mining tremor records,mining status, meteorologic dare and tectonic structure of Laohu Tai coal mine, the time and frequency's sequential features of mining tremors are studied.Based on the linear regression result of the magnitude-frequency distribution, the sequential features of parameter a and b, in equation logN=a-bM,are analysed.Some fundamental principles about mining tremors' activity in Laohu Tai coal mine are summarized.
Abstract:
The technique of measurement really simulates of coal spontaneous combustion by the No. XK experimental unit loading coal 850 kg. According to the change of gas concentration and coal temperature determined through experiment of coal self-ignite at low temperature stage, and on the basis of hydromechanics and heat-transfer theory, such as, oxygen consumption rate, heat liberation intensity etc. can be calculated at different low temperature stage. lt offers a theoretic criterion for quantitatively analyzing characteristic of coal self-ignite and forecasting coal spontaneous combustion. According to coal exothermic capability and its thermal storage surroundings, thermal equilibrium is applied to deduce the computational method of limit parameter of coal self-ignite.

Because of fire intensity changing, the critical point exists within fire characteric zone when using the qualitative and quantitative synthetical analysis method and fire characteric zone method to determine the airflow control scheme. The golden partition method is applied to search the critical point, enhancing the searching efficiency.
Abstract:
Investigation on dust removed and effects of the operation operation paramaters have been conducted in a z-path-moving bed using millet as the solid phase. The results show that the z-path-moving bed has a high dust removal efficiency and the characteristics of uniform and high quality product, as wellas continuous operation and low momentum energy consumption. The modeI calculation values are correspondent with the experimental ones.

Based on the experiment developed in Shanghai No.5 Steel(Group) Co.,Ltd, EAF Steelmaking Plant, the Process of HBI, transportation and stockpile of HBI, nd the use of HBI in 100 t DC EAF has been discussed. By analyzing experiment results of 97 heats, the influence of charging HBI into the EAF on economy and technology index, such as electricity consumption, productivity tap-to-tap time, and the steel making process, such as desulfurization, dephosphorization, residual elements removal, nitrogen removal etc. has been studied, and the reasonable methods of charging HBI in EAF has been established, and optimized charging order of the HBI has been obtained, and the experience of transportation, Store and using of the HBI has been accumulated.

The updated mathematic models for calculation of the central pipe formotion in continuous cast billet are built up, based on the material balance and the previous published models. From derivation of models the methods for determining both the position of water cooling zone and ratio of the cooling fates of the surface against the center, G are also given out.
Abstract:
The microstructure of 5 differeent Ni content specimen were studied by XRD.EDX.SEM and opticed microscope. The results show:Fe2Ti phases containing rich Si and Ni precipitate in the Fe3Si based alloy with Ni content ranging from 0%~4%. Ni addition has a little influence on the precipitation as Ni (in mass fraction) is ranging from 0%~2%, Ni addition accelerates the precipitation of Fe2Ti phase in the Fe5Si based alloy with the 3% Ni and the precipitation weakens in the Fe3Si based alloy with the 4% Ni. Ni addition promotes the dynamic recrystallization and static recrystallization as the Ni (mass fraction) is over 2%.
Abstract:
Microstructure evolution of polycrystalline materials plays an important role on properties of materials. 3D modeling of microstructures of polycrystalline materials is implemented using Monte Carlo Potts-model simulation. The modeling includes many microstructural parameters, such as grain size and grain size distribution, grain shape, grain orientation, properties of grain and grain boundary. Three-dimensional visualization of so-constructed microstructures is further carried out. The results show that these models can simulate polycrystalline microstructures with various parameters, and can be used as meso-scale models of numeric simulations of processes and of meso-mechanics computation for polycrystalline materials.
Abstract:
According to the relationship between luminescent properties and local symmetry of Eu3+, together with the site symmetry of symmetrically equivalent points in space group, it can be inferred that there are mainly two kinds of emission centers, which have the C4v or C3v site symmetry respectively, in fluorite:Eu3+ system. The Eu3+ ion requires charge compensation, because it enters the cubic site in a heterovalent substitution for the Ca2+ ion. The charge-compensating defects, such as the predominant interstitial Fi-, influence the local environment of the Eu3+ ions and, in particular, modify the site symmetry. The existence of Fi- round the Eu3+ ion reduces the Oh symmetry to C4v or C3v, which breaks the parity selection rules and promotes the luminescence of fluorite:Eu3+ samples.

The relation between technics and microstructure, mechanical properties has been stadied. The experiment results show tha the degree of offsetting of particle structures increases the the degree of distortion grows. Big ferrites and hot rolling texture are left behind in particle structures, Which leads the anisotropy of mechanics, so the tensile strength and elongation rate reduce.

The depletion of alloying elements and composition demixing in surface alloyed layer on the 20# steel in process of double plasmas suface alloying hastelloy C-2000 had been studied. The results showed that the depletion of alloying elements were related to distortion gradient in surface alloyed layer and phenornena of antisputter, and the compostion demixing emerged as a result of different sputter character of element Ni,Cr,Mo.
Abstract:
A aerosol process is described for making nanometric Aluminum Nitride powder by pyrolysis of single compound Diethylaluminun Azide.The process can produce spherical A1N powder with mean particle diameter ranging from 10 to 50 nm at the temperature of furnace as lower as 500-700. The generated amorpous AIN powder is characterized by a BET surface area of 103m2/g and is very reactive toward moisture. A new way of preparing nanometric powder of AIN is found.

Since wet multi-disc brake has large radius dimension, its friction materials' elastic modulus is also large, it is easier to be influenced by thermal-elastic distortion. The rulles of temperature distribution on friction surfaces in wet multi-disc brake are analyzed with Finite Element Analysis. These predictions are confirmed by experiments.

The axial force and torque of taphole drill are analysed. It is found out that adding punch factor in the drilling process is an effective way to improve the drilling speed. The drilling speed under adding punch factor is 1.5-2.0 times on that under not adding punch.

Abstract:
The effects of some main factors on the process of PSA air separation for miniature oxygen concentrator are studied experimentally. Under the experimental conditions, the ratio of oxygen generation rate to air flow rate is about 15 to 18, the recovery about 25% to 30%. The relationship between the amount of molecular sieve and the rate of oxygen generation is linear basically. There is an optimal adsorption time for a given system. The oxygen content increases as the ratio of height to diameter of adsorption cylinder increases.

Based on the workflow architecture, by use of object-oriented technology, three type of object models of the system are abstracted and built, they are solid models, dynamic controlling models, and work models, and based on those object models the system components are developed. The application of workflow and object-oriented technology can improve the flexibility and agility of the information system.

There are some kinds of methods of information exchange between intelligent agents in multi-agent system, which are fundamental for agents to link up, understand or cooperate with each other. The concepts such as intention type space of information, isomorphic space of intention type information etc are put forward, a mathematical description is also given about the sensation space as an example further. Some concepts as information-based interaction and information-based interactive law etc are proposed.
Abstract:
Three dimensional representation of entities is one of the key technigues in visual simulation of Systems. To facilitate the 3D realization of a visual simulation environment Oriented to engineering applications, an integration of various graphical programming techniques can be used. An integration method of VC++, OpenGL and 3DS is used to develop a mining oriented visual simulation application, including the data format of 3DS, the transformation of 3DS data structure into VC++ format, and the 3D representation of entities by OpenGL. Technical details of the integration method are described and some examples of program segments with a visual presentation oriented to mining application are illustrated.

Describes a method to integrate CIS and MIS. It is based on three tiers Client/Server hierarchy and uses SDE(Spatial database Engine) to spatialize Oracle Database so as to put GIS spatial data into relational database. It makes the data which, stored in forms of file in the Arc/Info, so that the database can be transferred into Oracle relational database which can manage the extremely large number of graphic data. VB as developing environment and load MapObject as a component are selected. Utilizing part of MIS data in SQL Server, developed an advanced city planning MIS with the combination of Graphic and Script.

An algorithm named enhancing operator for restoring digitized images with degraded convex is introduced.The principle of the enhancing operator for enhancing and restoring digitized images with convex bright-dots perturbed by additive Gaussian noise is discussed. The computer simulation show that the algorithm has good functions for noise reduction,restoration and enhancement of convex image spots in digitized images. The enhancing operator has been previously used to process the digitized high-resolution electron microscopic (HREM) images of Al-Mn-Si quasicrystal and discovered the periodic characteristics in the HREM images.
