Abstract: Based upon rock deformation characteristics and bounding surface model, a strain-softening law and its constitutive equation are established. In the equation, two difficult problems on solution and surface drifting are existed. First, after numerical approaches to softening problem were evaluated, an initial stress method is employed and then improved. It is called improved initial stress method which accelerate convergence. Secondly, various surface drifting updatings are compared and a good correction is selected. Correspondingly, the program called EPSF is developed. Finally a strain-softening analysis to a tunnel in Jinchuan is given.
Abstract: A computer method for numbering the events of network planning model is discussed in this paper, A simple technique for the inputing the data is given here. These have raised the efficcncy of work by 10 times or more than befor.
Abstract: Cold charging electric arc furnace process was replaced by shaking ladle refining method to produce medium-carbon ferromangaacsc. The power comsumption for the new method decreased from 1883 kW·h/t to 823 kW·h/t. The recovery of manganese increased from 61.34% to 80.02%. The optimum slag basicity was 1.1-1.25 and the suitable silicon content was 11% -13% for shaking ladle refining process.
Abstract: A methcmatical model of grain size affacting the fluidity of liquid alloys is derived based on the mechanism of chock-off at the tip of advancing stream owing to independent crystallisation. Connected the model with H, two fomulas of alloy composition, freezing range, fluidity are got out. The parameter H is used for evaluating the ability of grain refinement of alloying elements, and shows the relation between the composition at the phase diagram corner, C0<k0CE, and grain size.
Abstract: Based on the equivalence principle between normalized Euler indices and diameter of metal grain, quantitative relationships between numerical descriptive measures of size distributions and those of lopological parameter distributions of metal grains have been derived, tabulated, and discussed, which can be used very conveniently to infer the width, skewness, kurtosis, ect. of distributions of lopological parameters from the data of grain size distributions, Experimental verification has also been offered.
Abstract: The forced lubrication can be reached with a pressure nozzle and die which was constructed in the form of concentric shaft mould core. The forced lubrication decreases in drawing force and the thick lubricant film between the die and a wire can be increased greatly. The surface lubricant weight and surface temperature of the wire are measured by using the divice of forced lubrication designed in this paper. The relation of drawing force with nozzle length and drawing speed is drawn. The experimental value and the theoretical formula can be used on the design of nozzle suitable length.
Abstract: In this paper two practical examples are used to demostrate the greatly possible exploitation of 3-1/2 digit monolithic A/D converter. One example is a pocket thermocuple thermometer matched with a k-type thermocouple, which temperature range arc from -50 to 1300℃, and the precision is 0.5 grade. Compared with 200mV digital millivoltmeter, it only 8 resistors are extended. Three resistors are added for another example if making a digital displaying meter. Not only it can display the measured value directly but also it can be used generally.
Abstract: This paper introduces the multichannel data collecting and processing svstcm applied to the IBM-PC computer and discusscsits working principle, main performance figures and functions, hardware structure and system soft ware. This system is noted for its multiple input channels (The number of channels can be chosen from 1 to 32),its changeable sampling frequencies (14 steps from 2Hz to 30kHz), great number of sampling dala (tp to a maximum of 10MB) and varied output forms. The system has a wide application in data collecting and processing, and measurement of analogs in dynamic processes,and has been successlul in measuring operating load ol equipments.
Abstract: To treat the mold oscillation mechanism of the caster, numeral calculation on system mode parameters- all orders of frequency and main mode shapes are proceed with QR method basing on the dynamic analysis model of concentrated parameters multiple system; as well as the system oscillation response is studied using systematic simulation program. In order to assure the accuracy of analytical results the calculation on the system mode parameters are completed by means of finite elements structure analytic program SAP6.
Abstract: After CARD system starts, it will show three order Chinese menu in order for user to choose what the needs from the methods and will dynamically generate a batch command file to carry out the dynamic link automatically under the control of the system.
Abstract: When pilch-base carbon fibre add in the polyethylene resin with different proportions(0-25 wt%), a new composite materials arc made. The change of heat resistance, mcchnical and electric properties of the composite materials arc studied. The results of experiments show that tensile strength, bend strength, bend modulus and heat deformation temperature of the composite materials are increased with the increase of carbon fibre content. On the contrary, the notch impact strength and the puncture voltage are decreased.
Abstract: A thorough analysis of the lost currents in bipolar electrolytic cells has been made. A reasonable and reliable equivalent circuit for bipolar cells hasbeen put forward and the mathematic methods for accurate calculating the lost currents in this kind of cells have been found out, which has been verified by the preliminary experimental data.
Abstract: Collected-microelectrodes system is a new method in corrosion electrochemical measurement. It may collect a great number of electrochemical data including those of surface potential distribution of a corroding sample in a very short time. From this, the transient electrochemical characteristics of the sample may be analyzed more clearly. Because of the large number of the collected data, which may reach up to 88000 per second, a superior data processing method is necessary. The following software is specially designed for this, which consists of two parts. The first part concerns with single microelectrode, and the second part relates with collected-microelectrodes.

This article gives a system of axioms and model theory for infinitary second order logic LW1W(Q), based on the combination of both ideas of the systems and application of the consistency property; proves the model existence theorem and completeness theorem in Lw1w(Q).
