Abstract: Stereogram of mining workings system has been drawn conventional by free-hand drawing or special device, Such as affinigraph, axonome-tergraph in the past. This paper deales with derivation of mathmatical model as well as programming. In addition the principle and drawing procedure are also studied by means of microcomputer and x-y plotter. This new method has the following advantages, high efficiency of drawing; high accuracy and free selection of projection parameters, so as to obtain optimazal stereogram.
Abstract: Rubber linings does not Corrode but will be affected by acids of high Concentration. Today different qualities are available to obtain the most economical result in every case. Previous rubber linings often capied manganese steel linings of ship lap or wave type. It is important to find the correct distance/height ratio of the lifer bars. The most important grinding variables from the point of view of wear are feed size, grinding media size, mill speed, and mill diameter. Normally, there are a reluctance to change these variables when converting from a steel lining to a rubber lining. It is generally accepted that, for maximum grinding efficiency, as small a sire as possible of grinding balls should be used. In secondary mills with lifter bar linings, rubber almost always gives a better lining economg than steel. Rubber linings has shown good economic results in rod mills.
Abstract: This experiments is used by directional solidification technique and solid-liquid interfacial solute temporal equiliprium methed. It measured cerium equilibrium partition coefficient Ko and studied influence of cerium on manganese and silicon Ko in high manganese steel. Electronic prob microanalysis are used to measure the solute distribution of Ce. Mn. Si in solid and liquid at adjacent of solid-liquid interface. The results have shown that directional solidification and solid-liquid interfacail solute temporal equilibrium methed is effectivety me-thed with which the. Ko of rare-earth elements are measured. The Value of cerium Ko measured in high manganese steel show that cerium can slightly be solved in austerite. When cerium content increase the Ko of manganese increases, whereas Ko of silicon decreases.
Abstract: The toughness and ductility of cast NiCrMoCu HSLA steel are dec-reased due to the existence of fracture defect during fabrication. The fracture appearance, non-metallic inclusions and the segregation of alloy elements have been investigated by means of microprobe analysis and scanning electron microscope. The results indicate that the fracture defect of cast HSLA steel is the conchoidal fracture. Its macrofracture appearance consists of bright gray, non-metallic lustrous and coarse grain structure. Its microstruc-ture appearance consists of dimples. This is ductile intergranular fracture. The conchiodal fracture is caused by the I type MnS and the TiN along the austenite grain boundaries. They become fracture origins, reduce intergranular cohesion force and promote the propagation of intergranular cracks. The modification of MnS inclusions and elimination of the conchoidal fracture are carried out by addition of RE and SiCa into the steel.
Abstract: A mathematical model describing the steel ingot thermal process in a temperature-keeping equipment after drawing has been developed. Some experimental measurements have been done, the result of which have shown that the model is valid. Some calculations and analysises have been done of the effects of temperature-keeping equipment on energy saving. Possibilities have been suggested that high temperature steel ingots are rolled, without beening reheated in soaking pits. The influence of the meterial used for temperature-keeping equipment and the thickness of its wall on energy saving have been involeved.
Abstract: Alloying functions of rare earth metals (REM) in iron and steels are discussed. REM have limited solid solubilities in iron, but they strongly tend to segregate to the grain boundaries. They effect phase transformation in steels and also the morphologies of the transforma tionproducts. REM have a significant influence on the mechanical properties of steels, particularly on those closely related to the properties of the grain boundaries.
Abstract: A new tearing approach for analyzing large-Scale linear networks, called node and branch tearing hybrid analyis(NBT for short), based on genera lized hybrid diakoptics[6] and node-tearing nodal analysis is presented in this paper. The new tearing approach takes both generalized hybrid dia-koptics and node-tearing nodal analysis as its special cases in a way analogous to the relations that exist between hybrid analysis and loop analysis and between hybrid analysis and nodal analysis. As a result, it can obtain much better tearing results. The rigorous proof of NBT is also presented. Then,an algorithm based on two level diakoptics and an example are shown in the paper. Another new approach dual to node-tearing nodal analgsis, called Loop Tearing Loop Analysis(LTLA for short),is also mentioned at the end of the paper.
Abstract: The change of resistance of amorphous alloy film(Fe0.4Ni0.2Cr0.4)72Si28 with temperature ranging from 20 to 620℃ and the relationship of this change with phase composition and non-crystallinity of this film were determined. The temperature coefficient of resistance with tempering temperature and its relationship with non-crystallinity was studied. The influence and principles of Si content in this film to TCR value was disscused. Abstract: The basic principle of ellipsometry, the technical problem applied it to the corrosion study have been introduced. By means of ellipsometry and ellectrochemical measuring techniques, the kinetics formed the passive film in the crevice on stainlees steel has been stadied. The result shows that process of operation is easy, although the basic principle of ellpsometry and calculation method is complicated. Ellipsometry has advantages over conventional techniques of application to the measurement in the surface film on corrosion metals in situ.
Abstract: In this paper the unreasonablenss of the technology using solid carbon to reduce rolling scale in the closed pot has been analyzed and discussed according to thermodynamic viewpoint. Also the increase of the unnecessery technological operation, and the lowering of the guality of products, and the raised consumption of raw materials and labour, resulting from the technology and the consequent economic loss have been analyzed and discussed.
Abstract: The sulphuric acid solution of titanium (Ⅳ) may form blue complex with 5-Br-PADAP in the absence of another organic acid. The sulphate anion not only influences the absorptivity of this complex but also alters the shape of the absorption spectrum of it; so it can be proved that the sulphate anion has entered the complex composition as a ligand, and the complex is a mixed ligand complex. In this paper, the conditions of the complex formation (include pH, concentration of various reagents, temperature etc.) are studied. The solvent effect of ethyl alcohol can improve the coloration reaction. The composition ratio in this complex is Ti (Ⅳ):5-Br-PADAPs SO42-=1:1:2. By electrophoresis, the mixed ligand complex is proved to be in the form of anion with the formula of (TiO(HR) (SO4)2]2- or (TiOR (SO4)2]3- according to the pH of the medium. This conclusion is different from the commonly reported molecular formulas of mixed ligand complexes in similar ternary systems, such as those which have been reported by D.A.Johnson et al or C. B, Елинсон.
Abstract: This paper explains how to use Fuzzy mathematics as a tool to make comprehensive evaluation of achievements of scientific research and development. Work done by the author has made this kind of judgement quite objective. It has also suggested a new way of evaluating achievement of certain research and this method has been considered practically.
