Application of PID control algorithm based on genetic algorithm and BP neural network to temperature control during dieless drawing

  • In combination of genetic algorithm with BP network, a new intelligent PID control algorithm was designed using genetic algorithm to optimize the parameters of BP neural network, which improve the dynamic performance of a temperature control system. The temperature control system model of a dieless drawing system was fitted with collected experimental data. Simulation results show that the proposed model has a better rapidity and robustness.
