  • A strain of salt-tolerant bacteria was isolated from the soil of campus lawn and the salt tolerance of the strain was up to 20% NaCl.The results of the analysis of morphology,physiological characteristics and 16SrDNA sequence showed that the strain was a bacterium of the genus of Bacillus.The 16SrDNA sequence was registered in GenBank and the accession number was EU167738.
