A simulation on metal flow rule and stress distribution of non-circular tubes in roll forming process by using 3D large deformation elastic plastic finite element method with considering of material and geometrical non-linearity is presented. This method is based upon Prandtl-Reuss flow ruler and mises yield criterion. The simulation results of grids deformation flow pattern and stress distribution are obtained.
