Abstract

Abstract

The structure and hardness of infinitely chilled ductile cast iron roller after heat treatment under different temperatures were compared and the cast stress of the alloy during solidification and cooing was determined.Based on these experiment results, the temperature for annealing heat treatment to eliminate cast stress is around 400℃.
