Physical Model of Ladle Cycling for Converter Plant

  • On the bases of developing technology of high speed continuous casting, this paper analyzed the process of ladle transporting in converter plant of Guangzhou iron & Steel Co. Ltd.was analyzed, and time factor of ladle cycling in mathematics was described. A new conception of flexible time was set forth, and a kind of method on quantity of ladle calculating was provided. Meanwhile, by studied optimization of ladle transporting in the production route thoroughly, physical model of ladle cycling was established.
