The influence of different filters on efficiency of filtration and microstructures during the superalloys melting was investigated by means of X-ray diffractor, MAAS automatic image instrument and gas analyse. The experimental results show that both filters can strongly remove oxides, and that filter microstructures effect on the high-temperature property, impact property and efficiency of filtration of the filters.
