Abstract

Abstract

For the near zero non-conformity process,the traditional SPC theory should be developed to adapt the new situation.Using the cumulative number of conforming items as a statistic has been proved to be an effective way to research this near zero non-conformity process.On this basis,a complete criteria for statistical control and or abnormality are proposed.
