  • The solidification structure, central segregation, distribution and type of inclu-sions, microstructure of billets and rolled steel for continuous cast high carbon steel billet-s(150 mm×150 mm), have been investigated and discussed. The proposal of improving the central pore and central segregations of high carbon steel billets has been made.
