  • This paper summarizes the overall design, function, features and results of utilization of CAD system for the forging processes. The design of the forging processes of 40 kinds of forging belonging to 10 classifications has been introduced. The optimizing design of multiple stepped shaft and auxiliary management of process documents are decribed. The system is advantage of perfect expert system, great variety designed forging and high degree of complexity.
