Abstract

Abstract

The non-metallic inclusions during the casting process in ladle,tundish, mould and slab of super low head caster has been investigated using supher. print, X-ray, slime method and microscope. The quanlity, morphology composition and dimensional distribution of inclusions in slab as well as reoxy-dation, slag composition change etc are discussed.
