Abstract: Application of couple inspect has been achieved to treat collapsed collapsed main underground transport roadway in Linglong Gold Mine. By virtue of constructing the real-time couple inspect net obtaining the data information, couple analyzing some key factors which result in the roadway destroying and treatments are presented. It is proven that the couple inspect is a practical and promising way for solving large-scale structural engineering problems.
Abstract: Fractured rock mass fractal theoretical model was construct. Block composition and porosity fractal characters of fractured rock mass were studied by using fractal theory. Block fractal number,porosity fractal number and porosity of fractured rock mass, as well as their relationship were studied and formula for calculating them were obtained When statistics are accurate enough, block fractal number is almost equal to porosity fractal number, which means that statistcal fractal dimension is almost equal to theoretical model fractal dimension otherwise, block fractal number is a little larger than porosity fractal number, which means statistical fractal number is a little larger than theoretical model fractal dimension. By applying the calculating method of fractal theoretical model to the main sgaft in Xincheng Gold Mine,the result shows that its theoretical model fractal dimension Dt is 2.4 and porosity is 22.6%.This result Played an important role in the design calculation of the grouting reinforcement project's scope, the strenth of grouting reinforcement material and the amount of grouting material. The result has been also proved to be correct by the practice.

The performance changing of the surface surface modificated ultra-fine calcined coal kaolin was analysed from the Process of crystallization roasting. For example the hydrate TiO2 film on the surface of the basal body particle is turned non-crystal into crystal. The coating film is well-distribufed.
Abstract: Optimization by model aimed at the lowest coke consumption at the given condition of the blast furnace. The environment of the optimization model used was introduced. Some parameters were obtained by modeling on line. Comparing the results parameters of optimization with that of real production, it was shows that the rate of the sinter quantity used ought to be reduced and the pellet quantity increase. The temperature of the blast and the oxygen enrichment should use at the highest level that the blast furnace could supply. Based on the condition the pulverized coal injection at 186 kg/t, the coke consumption may be lowers to the level of 300 kg/t or so.
Abstract: The decomposition heat of coal during PCI for BF is a very important parameter for the calculation of raceway flame temperature. The error of RAFT during the calculation caused by that of decomposition heat of coal has been discussed. A new way to determine decomposition heat of coal has been Put forward. By applying Hess's law, the decomposition heat of coal can be easily obtained by means of thermodynamic data available and simple experiment for the measurement of quantity of heat.
Abstract: Erosions of O'-Sialon/BN in molten Steel and O'-Sialon/ZrO2 in protective slag of continuous casting were investigated. According to eperimental results and theoretical analysis, erosion kinetics of the O'-Sialon/BN in molten steel was controlled by tWo steps:the first one is controlled by a chemical reaction taking place on the interface; the second one is controlled by diffusion through boundary layers. The O'- Sialon/ZrO2 composites had good erosion resistance to continuous casting protective slag because the solubility of ZrO2 in silicate melt is limited and the increment of ZrO2 content will prevent O'-Sialon from reacting with dissolved CO and other components in slag.
Abstract: Phase composition of water quenched slap from the Jinchuan nickel flash smelting process and on the presence forms of copper and nickel in the slag is carried out using comprehensive modern analyse methods such as XRD, light microscope, SEM and EPMA. The results show that there are three main textures in the slag:(Fe,Mg)2SiO4-type crystalline Phase, glassy Phase and small(micrometer-size) sulphide droplets. Elements Cu and Ni are Present in the form of small droplets of mixed Cu,Ni,Fe-sulfides within the slag. Ni is also found as minor component of the crytalline(Fe,Mg)2SiO4-type Phase. Cu in not Present in the silicate part of the slag.
Abstract: Electrochemical impedance spectroscope (EIS) of aluminum alloy in cerie solution was investigated to study the film formation.The corrosion resistance of aluminum coated with cerie films was also disscused.Typical EIS spectral changes were clearly observed during the film formation processes. EIS results indicated that cerie film can form on the aluminum surface by chemical treatment and cathodic polarization treatment. The film has good corrosion resistance.
Abstract: Molten steel of high solube Al conten and total Al content can result in the tundish nozzle blockage in continuous casting when heated by Al with CAS-OB refining technology. Some experiments have been made to treat molten steel by Al-CaO complex. The results Show that deoxidization by Al-CaO complex can not only reduce[Al]s (10x 10-6-30x 10b,[O] (7×10-12x 10-6) and T.O content simultaneously, but also control the morphology, amounts and distribution of the remaining inclusions in the Steel.
Abstract: The oxidation thermodynamic analysis and a series of experiment of oxidation resistance characteristics of unsintered Al2O3-C refractory used for blast furnace in water vapor were made. According to the Induction and the analysis on many experimental results, the oxidation regularity was concluded; the oxidation kinetic model was established Besides, the strenths of samples before and after oxidation were measured and compared.
Abstract: The rheological characteristics of an artificial synovia mainly consisting of hyaluronic acid prepared by editors was discussed. The influence of the additives, γ-globulin and Lα-DPPC Phosphatide on the rheological characteristics and lubrication behavior of the artificial synovia was analyzed. Then a discussion on the new lubrication mechanism combining the surface properties of tribology slier pairs with the rheological characteristics of the synovial fluid was further launched.
Abstract: Two kinds of hBN were synthesized by using Na2B4O7-NH4Cl and Na2B4O7-(NH)2CO as the starting materials at 950, both hBN are analogous in crystallization, the average particle size was 5.6 and 1.42 μm respectively. Under high temperature and high Pressure and using Li series catalysts, cBN synthesized from the former was yellow transparent and from the latter showed black translucent. It is also found that growth stops on the surface of cBN crystals occur.The hBN obtained from the reaction of KBH4 and NH4Cl is amorphous with particle size of 12.43 um, and it can not transform into cBN using Li series catalysts. The synthesis mechanism of cBN was discussed.
Abstract: Heat treatment was conducted to spray-deposited+rolled Al-Ph/Al/steel composite plate. The morphology of the interfaces between Al-Ph and Al, and between Al and steel was observed by SEM. The experimental results showed that a good pre-cohesion in the interfaces after rolling. FeAl intermetallic, however, was found in the interface between Al and steel after heat treatment of 480℃/1h+300℃/3h.

Abstract: The experiment is aimed at obtaining the result of Crack healing of hydrogen attack (HA) in carbon steel. The recovery method used is heat treatment. Through SEM, it is Observed that HA cracks have gotten different healing effects. The results indicate that the HA CraCks with 10um length can be healed completely by five-times circle heat treatment between normal temperature and 1000 for 10h. The studies show that cracks healing are controlled by heat diffusion and the recovery kinetics is source from the plastic deforming energy Es, which is formed during the growth of HA bubbles or cracks. These findings of the research have led to the conclusion that the critical condition of healing bubbles or cracks is the Plastic deforming energy Es mere than the surface tension force of HA bubbles or cracks if the atoms of H, C, Fe can diffused rapidly.
Abstract: Mecbanical Properties and microstructure of low carbon manganese clean steels microalloyed with Nb, Ti, B were studied. High levels of yield strength (>800 MPa) have been attained in the tempered steel containing 0.06%C,2.3%Mn, 0.21%Al and small amount of Nb, Ti, V, B. The elongation elongation of this steel is more than 14% and V-notch toughness is 134~174.5 J/cm2 and 103~110J/cm2 at room temperature and -40 respectively. Very for bainitic structure (with lath width in micrometer or less) was observed in the steel. Effects of deformation as well as Al additive on the austenite-bainite transformation and mechanical properties have been investigated.
