Based on the comprehensive research of the desulfurization of hot metal pretredrient process and working procedure of No. 1 Steel Plan of Baosteel, the offiine running software has been gotten. This software is designed as open system and it follows the rulers of the Token Management (integraion cost of desulfuration as the objective function). Under the offline running result, it is useful to reduce the desulfurizaition cost and promote the competition by applying this Optimization Model Software.

By using the commercial code CFX, the three-dimensional finite-difference model to sdriulate the fiuid flow in thin slab continuous caster mold has been set up. By using this model, the effects of the SEN variables and casting speed on sdrice turbulence and velocity fields in the thin slab mould are studied. The effect of the velocity distribution of noede outlet on the flow fiuid in the mould is also studied.

The thetial solidification shell as research object was studied. Some grooves were curved vertically in the mould. Mathematical model was established. The temperature fields and stress fields of initial solidification shell in the mould of smooth and groove were calculated,the difference between the tWo condition was analyzed and effect to dritial solidiflcation process caused by model of grooves was stUdied.The results show that conduct heat of slab can be Anproved clearly and stress can be reduced and distributed eveuly by the mould with groove in surface.
Abstract:
Based on the solidificaton process of carbon stcel in continuous casting mold, and considerin the colltact behavior between billet and mold, a fully thermomechancally coupled 2D transient thermo-elastoplastic FEM model is established. The model is thelemented with MAR software on PC computer, and the thermal and mechanical states in continuous casting mold are obtained, especially including the interfcial states between shell and mold, such as billet surface temperature,interfacial heat flux and the law of gap formation. This analytcal work can provide theoretical bases for optimizing mold taper and developing high-speed casting mold with coninuously changing taper.

The dependability concluded from theory analysis and experiment conclusion was inveshgaed and proved by testing data and producing ProcessThe contacting and reinforcing between sintering mechanism and sinter production was connected with phases of agglomeration producing and sample of mini-sintering test.
Abstract:
The effect of the Mn/S mass ratio on the high temperature ductility of the low carbon steel under low strain rate was researched. The result of the experiments shows that the Mn/S mass ratio has different effect on the high temperature ductility of steel under different temperatures. The effect can be classified into four categories:(1)1 350~1 400℃, the greater the Mn/S mass ratio is, the poorer the ductility is; (2)1 000~1 350℃,the Wn/S mass ratio has no effect on the duchlity; (3)800~1 000℃, the greater the ratio of the Mn versus S is,the better the ductility is; (4)600~800℃, the greater the mass ratio of the Mn versus S is, the poorer the ductility is. The mechanism of the effect of the Mn/S mass ratio on the high-temperature ductility is also analyzed.
Abstract:
The flow path of liquld steel in the beam blank mould was analzed using mathematical and hydrodynamic model. It was found that the flow path of hot meta in bearn blank mould, the scale of vertx area at moud web and the fluctuation of melt surface were influenced by included angle of nozzle, tilt angle of nozzle spout, casting speed and immersion depth of nozzle. The optimum technical parameters of nozzle that leads to optimum flow path in beam blank mould at normal casting speed were that included angle is 120°,spout tilt angle is 9° and immersion depth is 75 mm (150 mm in prototype).

The liquid steel was refined in the laboratory and in converter steel shop with the mixture of CaO-Al2O3 and Cao-Al2O3-CaC2. The influence of the mixture added amount on the desulfurization and total oxygen of steel has been investigated. Refinin of steel with the mixture of Cao-Al2O3, the desulfurization of 20%~40% was reached; Refining of steel with the mixture of CaO-Al2O3-CaC2, the desulfurization of 40% was reached, and the total oxygen in the steel was reduced under 5×10-5.

According to the coexistence theory of slag structure as well as the measured viscosity of Cao-Mgo -MnO-FeO-CaF2 -Al2O3-SiO2 slag melts at different temperatures and compositions, calculating medels of the mass action concentrations as well as of the viscosity for these melts have been formulated. Calculating results agree with practice, showing that the model of mass action concentrations reflects the structural reality of the melts and tha of viscosity correctiy illustraes its relationship with temperatures and the mass action concentrations of the structural units of the melts.

The intemal crack susceptibility of carbon steel was studied by using a micro-segregation model in which the transition of fewhic/austenitic solidification and the precipitation of MnS were considered. The effects of C, Mn, S, and P on the interdendrihc segregation, zero strength temperature(ZST), and zero ductility temperature (ZDT) of the steel were discussed.

The affection of the carbon content on the average heat flux of mould of slab coninuous casting was discussed. The results indicated that carbon content had strong whuences on the average heat flux of broad face and narrow face of mould. But to the maximum and minimum average heat flux of the broad face and the narrow face, the carbon collen were different.

The ANSYS simulation software has been used to analyze the bending formability of resin composite lightweight steel sheet. Because the lightweight steel sheet is composite, the outside steel sheet produces relative slipping-off change during the bending. So the inner stress-strain situation, the effect of material parameters and tool parameters, composite structure and intermediate-layer resin of lightweight sheet on slippingoff change have been analyzed. At the same time, the spring-back and searin stress situation after bending have been discussed also.

The complex perovskite compound Ba(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3(BMN), Ba(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3(BZN) are prepared by solid-state reaction.Doped into industrial BaTiO3, they can improve the loss quality.Results obtained here confirm that the ceramics about 90% of the theoreical density is achieved after sintering at 1 300-1 400℃.Dieletrics resonator measurements show that dielectric loss extremal reducement corresponds with frequencies increasing from 1 kHz to 1 000 kHz.

The stress distrution of multilayer flat container for extruding aluminum sheet with flange has been simulated by FEM under different heating condition and shrink-fitting range. The results show that the distribution of equivalent combined stress for multilayer flat container with hole size 850×250mm differs sharply between the container with middle heating ring and tha with no middle heating ring. In the stae of hot extrusion under extrusion pressure 500 MPa, the container of shrink-fitting range(2-2,2.0,1.5) can meet the strength condition of the container Whether with the heating ring or not.

The uniformity of large area diamond filrns in deposition process and quality of diamond films is researched. The results show tha the DC arc used for deposition of diamond films is uniform. Diaxnond films are uniform in the process of nucleation and the growh. The quslity of large area diamond films is uniform.
Abstract:
An experimental invstigation and numerical sdrilations of temperature fields on materials surface under high-energy pulse laser irradiation were described. Through experiments the effect of temperature increasing rate and the temperature profiles on materials surface under laser irradiation were obtained, and with corresponding experimental condition some numerical simulations with two differen heat conduct models were don. By comparing the experimental results and sedation results, When pulse duration of laser is long enough, the experimenta results agree the numerical simulation results based on Fourier' Law With decreasing of pulse duration, the experimental results gradually defer from the numerical simulation results based on Fourier Heat Conduct Model, bu approach simulation results based on Hyperbolic Heat Conduct Model.When pulse duration is short enough, some unconventional phenomena appear, such as "the second heating".
