Abstract:
A study of multivariate geostatistical method is performed in space-time domain. It is included as follow:1) Charactor of regionalized variables in space-time domain. 2) cross-variogram and cross-covariance of multivariate information in space-time domain. 3) Best estimation of regionalized variables by space-time information. 4) Best estimation of spatial components and regionalized factors by space-time information.
Abstract:
Using water, air and rock powder as interval materval materials, the explosive experiment of interval charge is made. Interval effect on broken block degree is researched. The difference of interval charge of three materials and coincidental charge is discussed. Influence of position, length and materials on rock broken effect are analysed.
Abstract:
The longitudinal sections of the fractured surfaces of the gabbro specimens failured by static or dynamic load are observed and analysed with SEM and optical microscope. The results show that macro-crack bifurcation is hardly found on any section for static loading, but obvious macro-crack bifurcations are found for dynamic loading. And it shows that the number and the total length of the bifuraction cracks for a specimen increase with(dynamic) loading rates. Based on the experimental results, finally, the dynamic fracture mechanism of rock is discussed.
Abstract:
According to the function analysis of blast furnace operation training and the high ability of computer, such as calculation, display and control, the general structure and hardware configuration of the simulation training system for blast furnace operation were designed. The method to realise the system was also given.
Abstract:
The new process and propreties of direct reduction with gas from oxygen gasification furnace are discussed. The feasibility of the program and some measures which are adopted to sove the key problems of the proces are analyzed.
Abstract:
The non-metallic inclusions morphology in the steel treated with calcium has been investigated with theoretical calculation and experiment in vacuum induction furnace. The experiment result was in good agreement with the calculation.
Abstract:
The effect of reaction heat per unit mass △H0 and adiabatic combustion temperature Tad on the compositions of(TiO2-Al-C)-(Ti-C-Ni) system is studied. It is found that △H0 is a linear function of the fraction of Ti-C-Ni in (TiO2-Al-C)-(Ti-C-Ni). The slope is controlled by γ, which is the fraction of Ni in Ti-C-Ni, and the cut keeps constant, which is equal to the reaction heat per unit mass of TiO2-Al-C. When γ=γ0=45.79%, addition of Ti-C-Ni has no effect on Tad, when γ<γ0, Tad increases. For γ=0.1, Tad, approximately increases linearly with the increasing addition of Ti-C-Ni, which is verified by experiments.
Abstract:
The coarsening kinetics of γ' precipitates in GH169 alloy have been studied with transmission electron microscope. The measured coarsening rates and particlesize distributions were analyzed using LSW theory. The results show that the growth behavior of γ' phase follows the time-law predictions of LSW theory of diffusioncontrolled growth. However, the actual particle-size distribution is anomalous, it could be attributed to the γ' phase special characteristic of high density dispersion precipitation and a large lattice misfit.
Abstract:
The tribological behavior of self-lubricating composite coatings of Ni-P-MoS2 with Ni-P as matrix and MoS2 as the dispersing agent is investigated. The results show that composite coatings of Ni-P-MoS2 have excellent antifriction and antiscuffing properties. The partical concentration of MoS2 and electroplating time have a great effect on its antifriction property. After heat treatment at 400℃ and one hour the antifriction property of the composite coating decrease slightly, but its antiscuffing capacity and service life increase greatly.
Abstract:
The necessity of studying on facilities layout is discussed. A construction routine system of computer aided facilities layout planning(CAFLP) is expounded, and the functions of the system are described. Some new views are presented.
Abstract:
An implicit self-turning dynamic matrix controller is presented. With two identificators, the global convergence of this algorithm is also given. The effectiveness of the algorithm is demonestrated with simulation examples.
Abstract:
A IPC as process computer used in distributed computer control system of hot strip mill is introduced. The system architecture, application program structure design, tasks dynamic schedule strategy and system resource dispatching are presented.
Abstract:
For 14MnNb steel of rolling state, with increasing the amount of rare earth in solid solution, the amount of NbC precipitation increase, the particles become smaller and uniform distribution. When the content of the rare earth in solid solution is 174×10-6, these plated bainite microstructures turn to the particle ones. For austenite region, rare earth delay the start precipitation time of NbC, and reduce the effect of NbC precipitation. Rare earth in solid solution also delay the dynamics of recrystallization, and fine the martensite structure.
Abstract:
Based on the characteristics of Travelling Heater Method, a proper mathematical model is developed. The effect of thermophysical properties on the solidified interface and melting zone is studied in detials.
Abstract:
A mathematic model and a numerical method are developed for a 30t DC arc furnace. Then, the distribution regularities of magnetic field intensity, current density and Lorentz force are calculated out at different operational conditions.
Abstract:
A general formula for the expansion of tensor is proved. The formula is applied to interpret the Stark effect. The matrix elements of Hamilton operator of the quadrupole moment tensor is deduced. The displacement of energy level under exteral electric field is calculated by the method, which agrees very well with the result calculated by standard method.
Abstract:
It is pointed out that optimal solution of linear programming can be represented as a sum of a convex combination of the optimal extreme points and a nonnegatively linear combination of the optimal extreme directions. The existential condition of optimal extreme direction is determined.
Abstract:
Environmental factors were brought into the productional input-output process, classical cost theory was changed. A new method was given out to analyse enterprises benefit and cost, the suitability of the theory was proved through making comparisonal analyses with real example before and after the changing.
Abstract:
New formulae for calculating from simple eutectic binary phase diagram are presented, by introducing a parameter θ and leading to a new expression of activity coefficient with temperature. Using these new formulae, activities of Cu and Bi in Cu-Bi binary systemat
Abstract:
The deformation features of a nickle-base single crystal superalloy DD3 under fatigue-creep interaction were investigated. The strain rate type fatigue-creep frature machanism map was constrcuted. The maxium stress modified equations were obtained to calculate the minium strain rate for the fixed stress conditions. It is demonstrated that the predicted values compared favourable with the observed values.
Abstract:
The cyclic plastical bebavior of GH33A supperalloy is investigated under the condition of simultaneous cycle of temperature and mechanical strain. Influance of phase difference of alternating temperature and mechanical strain(in-phase and out-of-phase) on cyclic softening or cyclic hardening and thermal mechanical fatigue life is studied. The experimental results show that the damage in in-phase thermal machanical fatigue is more serious than that in out-of-phase at 570~825℃.And, the material is serious cyclic softening at high temperature side and first cyclic hardening, then cyclic softening at low temperature side for both in-phase and out-of-phase in thermal mechanical fatigue.
