Abstract:
In order to improve the ecnomical efficiency of oxygen supplying for industry in cities, we have studied out a optimal way to make a system of supplying oxygen in this paper.Thus, a scientific reference is given for planning to concentrate oxygen supplying in whole city or its part.And a decisive method is made for selection in plans of oxygen supplying and forms of oxygen transferring for a certain departmento.
Abstract:
An amplifier which is used to measure the static and dynamic speed droop has been developed successfully, it gives out higher sensitivity and responsibility.It is proved by the experimental data that the speed grade of the D.D.D system can meet the requiremenets of the continuous rolling technique.The advantage of D.D.D continuous rolling technique is that the skill is simple enough to be masterd, the investment in building is little and that the speed of building is faster, It can be used as one of the plan in rebuilding the bar mill in our country.
Abstract:
Kinetic Process of zigzag grain boundary formation (ZGBF) in wrought nickel-base superalloys has been investigated.It was shown that the major phase of ZGBF is depended on the nature of alloys and parameters of heat treatment (temperature, cooling rate and so on), when two phases(γ', M6C or M23C6) are coexisted at grain boundary.Two models are presented in this paper:one is used in ZGBF with two phases, the other is used to describe migration of (a segment) grain boundary.
Abstract:
A new tearing approach which is dual to Node-Tearing Nodal Analys is,Called Loop Tearing Loop Analysis (LTLA for Short),is presented in this paper,The topological and electrical coupling conditions of LTLA are discussed.A Circuit theoretic interpretation of LTLA is also given. A convenient algorithm is presented to explain each step of the LTL A. His pointed out the most suitable situation in which LTLA is to be used.

In present Study, two emperical formulas have been obtained for the activity of oxygen, a[o], at the latter period of the blowing course in the 120T BOF Converter in Panzhihua steel Company.
The emperical formula corresponding to the lower carbon content (C ≤ 0.3%), may be used for fast[%C]-determination in which a[o] is o btained by using an oxygen probe.The accaracy of[%C] obtained may reach 0.01% when[%C] is less than 0.10%, For the extention of the application of the formula to a range of C ≤ 0.20%, more experimental work are needed.
The present study shows that Smart decarbonization model is applica ble for the BOF system.A computer control plan for the blowing termin al is proposed based on the decarbonization model and the a[o]-[%C] relation diagrams.

At 900℃ in mixture of molten K2TaF7-KF-NaF system the Corrosion tests indicated that resistance to corrosion of tantalum Coating is higher than pure tantalum. It is connected with alloy element of substrate.The observation coating by metallography election microscope microprobe has been proven. in fluoribes molteu the corrosion resistant of coating tantalum under deposition temperature 1050℃ is better.
Abstract:
Different models accounting for the introduction of an excess of cations or anions in an ionic melt are considered.A new model whchi describes the variation in the thermodynamic properties in a melt as itgrabually changes its composition from purely metallic state to complete ionization is developed.The model is based upon Temkin's expression for the configurational entropy of mixing.Neutral species and hypothetic cal vacancies with an induced charge are introduced on the anion subla-ttice.The induced charge is equal to the average valency of the species occupying the cation sublattice.When the tendency of ionization is weak the model approaches the substitutional model.For binary systems the new model is formally identical to the associate solution model if the associates are defind in such a way that they contain one atom of the electronegative element.For higher-order systems the new model works with a lower number of composition variables and parameters than the associate solution model.

Acoustic emission caused by the motion of magnetic domain walls in a ferromagnetic material ralates to magnetostriction effect This is called MAE (Magnetomechanical Acoustic Emission) Magnetomechnical acoustic emission depends on the microstruction, chemical composition and stress state of material.It can be used for non-destructive testing. As a newly developing non-destructive testing technique for residual stress measurements, it has a advance over other methods such as x-ray diffraction and acoustic surface wave. This paper mainly describes the chractries of MAE of steel with different carbon content and Fe-Ni alloys with different nickel content, influence of chemical composition,stress state、plastic deformation and heat treatment on MAE.A model of MAE origin mechanism is given in this paper according to the experimental results anb is discussed in detail.
