Influence of high temperature strain grid wire creep on strain measurement precision and its compensation

摘要: 接觸式應變測量是材料和構件高溫力學行為研究的必要手段,其測量精度是高溫應變測量領域關注的熱點,而應變柵絲的高溫蠕變性能是測量精度的主要影響因素.本文首先根據材料蠕變機理分析應變片的蠕變特性,搭建高溫應變柵絲蠕變電測的系統,基于諾頓蠕變規律與試驗的測量結果,建立應變柵絲的高溫蠕變模型.論文基于應變柵絲蠕變輸出有限元模型,對柵絲蠕變輸出的影響因素進行研究;最后建立了高溫應變蠕變補償模型,以提高高溫應變測量精度,并取得了試驗驗證.Abstract: Contact strain measurement is a tool for studying the high temperature mechanical behavior of components and materials. The measurement precision is the key point of the high temperature strain measurement field, where creep is the main factor that affects the measurement precision at high temperature. In this paper, the creep characteristics of strain gauges were analyzed according to the material mechanism of creep by a high temperature strain measurement system. A grating creep model was obtained from the creep rule and experiment measurement results. Based on the grating creep model, the influence factors of strain gauge creep output were studied by the finite element model. Finally, a compensation model of high temperature strain creep was established to improve this high temperature strain measurement precision, and it was validated by experimental data.
