Effect of approach to adiabatic saturation temperature on flue gas desulfurization by PAN-ACF

摘要: 聚丙烯腈基活性碳纖維(PAN-ACF)是一種較新型的碳材料.應用聚丙烯腈基活性碳纖維對模擬煙氣中SO2進行了吸附脫除實驗,分別考察了煙氣溫度和煙氣中水蒸氣體積分數改變煙氣的近絕熱飽和溫度對PAN-ACF脫除煙氣中SO2效率的影響.實驗結果表明,PAN-ACF具有良好的脫硫性能,近絕熱飽和溫度是影響其脫硫效率的重要因素.隨著近絕熱飽和溫度的逐漸增大,PAN-ACF的脫硫效率呈現先增大后減小的變化趨勢.通過改變煙氣溫度和改變水蒸氣體積分數來改變煙氣的近絕熱飽和溫度時,在相同的近絕熱飽和溫度條件下,PAN-ACF的脫硫效率是不同的,且脫硫效率隨近絕熱飽和溫度改變而變化的趨勢也不同.Abstract: The polyacrylonitrile-based activated carbon fiber(PAN-ACF) is one kind of newer carbon material.Adsorption and removal experiments of SO2 in simulated flue gas by PAN-ACF were carried out.The influences of approach to adiabatic saturation temperature(AAST) on the desulfurization efficiency were investigated by changing the flue gas temperature and the volume fraction of vapor,respectively.The results show that PAN-ACF has effective desulfurization performance,AAST is the important influencing factor on the desulfurization efficiency,and the desulfurization efficiency increases at first and then decreases with increasing AAST.By comparison,the desulfurization efficiency of PAN-ACF at the same AAST by changing the flue gas temperature differs from that by changing the volume fraction of vapor,and their changing tendencies with AAST are also different.
