Synthesis and properties of Al-doped Sr2MgMoO6-δ anode materials via citrate acid-complex combustion

摘要: 通過檸檬酸燃燒法合成了Sr2Mg1-xAlxMoO6-δ(SMAM)陽極材料.利用X射線衍射儀和掃描電鏡對其結構和形貌進行表征.考察了制備條件對其結構和致密度的影響.結果表明,還原氣氛不利于材料的致密化,而氧化氣氛可以促進材料的致密化過程.與氧化氣氛相比,還原氣氛下Al離子在材料中的固溶度較大.對氧化氣氛下制備的SMAM樣品在低溫下進行還原,可以增加Al離子的固溶量.同時,材料的電導率隨著Al含量的增加而增大.Abstract: Sr2Mg1-xAlxMoO6-δ(SMAM) anode materials were synthesized via citrate acid-complex combustion.X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were employed to characterize their lattice structure and microstructure,respectively.The effects of sintering conditions on the lattice structure and compactness were investigated.The results revealed that the reducing atmosphere is unfavorable for the densification of SMAM materials,but the oxidizing atmosphere can promote the densification process.The solution limit of Al ions in SMAM is relatively higher in the reducing atmosphere compared to the oxidizing atmosphere.For an SMAM sample prepared in the oxidizing atmosphere,reducing it at low temperature can increase the solubility of Al in SMAM.The conductivity of SMAM samples increases with increasing Al content.
