Gas prediction and optimization system in steelmaking

摘要: 利用灰色關聯度分析方法,研究了與石鋼煤氣發生、消耗相關聯的因素,根據煤氣發生、消耗量與其相關影響因素間的關系建立了石鋼煤氣預測模型,并在此基礎上開發了石鋼煤氣優化系統,實現了煤氣資源的合理利用與分配.Abstract: Factors associated with the generation and consumption volume of coal gas in steelmaking were studied through the gray correlation analysis method. A forecasting model of coal gas was established on the basis of the relationship of Shisteel's generation and consumption volume of coal gas with related influencing factors. An optimization system of coal gas was developed for realizing a rational application and distribution of coal gas.
