Argumentation of causing chaos in automatic gauge control systems

摘要: 在分析軋機運動方程的基礎上,通過對同宿軌道及Melnikov函數的討論,分析厚度控制系統參數與出現Smale混沌之間的聯系以及厚度控制系統出現混沌時對控制精度的影響.給出了板帶軋機厚控系統出現Smale馬蹄意義下混沌的條件,通過仿真驗證了軋制過程中軋輥偏心干擾造成厚度控制系統混沌的新觀點.仿真分析表明,在混沌出現時軋件的厚度偏差將發生較大偏移,可以通過混沌控制的途徑提高產品精度.

Abstract: Based on the motion equations of rolling mills, the relation between the parameters of an automatic gauge control system and Smale chaos and the effect of chaos existing in the automatic gauge control system on the control precision were analyzed through discussing the homoclinic orbit and the Melnikov function. The condition that Smale horseshoe chaos occurs in the automatic gauge con-trol system was given. A new idea was proposed and verified that roll eccentricity disturbances on gauge control is chaotic during roll-ing. Simulation results show that the thickness deviation of the rolled will be large when chaos occurs and the product quality can be improved by chaos control.-
