Damage mechanism of the oil collecting box on the drive spindle of a rolling mill

摘要: 運用遙測系統對軋機扭振和軸向振動做了現場綜合測試和信號分析,利用ANSYS軟件中諧響應模塊進行計算機仿真研究.結果表明:軋機萬向接軸軸向振動導致了萬向接軸上的集油盒軸承頻繁損壞,同時發現集油盒軸承的軸向振動是由電機軸的扭振產生的,即萬向接軸的軸向振動是由主傳動系統的扭振引發的.通過改進集油盒軸承結構,使軸向振動承載能力提高,大大延長了集油盒軸承的使用壽命.Abstract: An acceleration telemetry system was used to make the integrated test and signal analysis of torsional vibration and axial vibration in a rolling mill.A computer simulation of the vibrations was carried out with the harmonic response module in ANSYS software.It is shown that the axial vibration of the drive spindle causes the frequent damage of the oil collecting box,and the reason for the axial vibration of the oil collecting box is the torsional vibration of the motor shaft,meaning that the axial vibration of the drive spindle is due to the torsional vibration of the mill's drive system.Through improving the structure of the oil collecting box,the carrying capacity of axial vibration is increased a lot and the service life of the oil collecting box is prolonged dramatically.
