Internal decarburization mechanism and control technology of RH treatment for ultra-low carbon steel

摘要: 為了研究RH真空處理過程脫碳反應速率及其影響因素,并有效地控制超低碳鋼在RH真空處理過程中碳含量的變化,根據熱力學、動力學原理建立了RH真空處理脫碳數學模型,通過RH真空處理脫碳數學模型研究了內部脫碳反應深度和脫碳速率之間的關系.模型計算結果表明,反應深度的變化和內部脫碳的反應速率是相對應的,采取預真空操作,提升了反應深度,淡化了前期脫碳轉折點的影響,加速了前期的脫碳反應,并在RH處理后期找到了內部脫碳向表面脫碳轉變的時間臨界點.Abstract: In order to study the reaction rate of RH vacuum decarburization and its influencing factors, and effectively control the change in carbon content of ultra-low carbon steel in the RH vacuum treatment process, a mathematical model of RH vacuum decarbnrization was established on the basis of the kinetic and thermodynamic theories. A relationship between the reaction depth of internal decarburization and the decarburization reaction rate was studied by the RH vacuum decarburization model. The calculated results of this model show that the change in reaction depth is corresponding to the decarbnrization reaction rate. Taking a pre-vacuum operation can increase the reaction depth, decrease the impact of the early decarbonization turning point and accelerate the decarburization reaction in the early stage. The critical point of time from internal to surface decarbonization is found out in the late of RH treatment.
