Numerical analysis of a large reactor and flue structure based on bracket deformation

摘要: 以某電廠的脫硝工程為背景,對煙道、反應器和支架這種大型復雜結構進行了整體分析,并以煙道出口和反應器作為研究對象,分析了支架變形對煙道出口和反應器的影響.結果表明,由于支架變形的影響,煙道和反應器的變形分布由對稱分布變為非對稱,平均變形值要比不考慮時的大,但是支架的變形對煙道和反應器的應力值及分布基本無影響.因此在以強度為控制因素的設計中,煙道和反應器進行單獨計算的設計方法是可行的.Abstract: Based on a project of denitrification, a complex structure contained a flue, a reactor and a bracket was analyzed. The flue exit and the reactor were chose as research subjects, and the effect of bracket deformation on the mechanical properties of the flue exit and the reactor was studied. It is indicated that the deformation distributions of the flue exit and the reactor change from symmetric into asymmetric when the influence of bracket deformation is considered, and the average deformation of them increases too, but the stress values and distributions of the flue exit and the reactor change slightly. Consequently, designing the flue exit and the reactor separately is acceptable when strength is the control factor.
