Multi-attribute decision for selecting suppliers of spare parts in metallurgical enterprises based on the rough set theory

摘要: 備品備件貨物品種多和可供選擇供應商多的特點,使得冶金企業對備品備件供應商的管理比大宗原燃料供應商的管理更加復雜.基于粗糙集理論,運用多屬性決策方法研究了供應商選擇問題.首先,在選擇決策指標體系的基礎上,采用粗糙集理論分析歷史指標數據與供應商選擇結果之間的關系,從而確定每個指標的客觀權重,再結合主觀賦權,得到每個指標的綜合權重.其次,基于主、客觀綜合權重及數據的規范化處理結果,對候選供應商進行綜合評價.最后,用案例驗證了本方法的可行性和有效性.Abstract: There are many kinds of spare parts and optional suppliers in metallurgical enterprises, so it is more complicated to select suppliers of spare parts than to select those of raw materials. The multi-attribute decision method was used for selecting the suppliers on the basis of the rough set theory. First, when a decision attribution system was selected, the rough set theory was used to analyze the relationship between historical attribute data and historical suppliers selecting results in order to find out objective weights for each attribute. Both objective and subjective weights were considered in synthetical weights. Then, with the synthetical weights and normalized results of attribute data of candidates, all the suppliers were evaluated. Finally, a case was used to prove the feasibility and validity of this method.
