Degreasing behavior of iron-based powder metallurgy complex parts by warm flow compaction

摘要: 使用水霧化鐵粉等原料制備十字形試樣,對脫脂工藝、微觀組織進行了分析,得到的理想脫脂工藝為:先以較快的速率升溫到160℃,然后以1℃·min-1的速率升溫到300℃,保溫0.5h,再以1.5℃·min-1的速率升溫到450℃,保溫0.5h.燒結在1300℃進行.實驗結果表明,通過優化脫脂工藝,使用流動溫壓工藝,可以制備出成本低廉、形狀復雜的結構件.Abstract: Water-atomized iron powders were used by warm flow compaction to fabricate cross-shaped parts.The degrease process and microstructure of sintered parts were investigated.The optimal degrease process is to raise the temperature from ambient temperature to 160 ℃,then raise to 300 ℃ at a rate of 1 ℃·min-1 and hold at 300 ℃ for 0.5 h,followed by raising the temperature to 450 ℃ at a rate of 1.5 ℃·min-1 and hold at 450 ℃ for 0.5 h.Sintering was carried out at 1 300 ℃.It is shown that at the proper degreasing parameters the warm flow compaction method can produce complex-shaped components with low cost.
