Effect of the incidence angle of molten aluminum on refinery gas distribution in the on-line MINT technology

摘要: 基于我國在線除氫技術應用及研究現狀,以在線MINT法中鋁液精煉反應器為研究對象,采用歐拉-歐拉多相流模型模擬計算了反應器內精煉氣體的分布狀況.多相流優化模擬中,選取三種鋁液入射角度條件,進行混合流動數值計算和均勻性對比分析.結果表明:隨鋁液入射角的變化,除氫氣泡在鋁液中的分布狀況發生了明顯改變;鋁液入射角為45°,除氫氣泡分布的均勻性較其他角度更佳.Abstract: Based on the present situation of research on the on-line refinery technology and its application in China, the refinery gas distribution in a molten aluminum purifying reactor on the base of the on-line MINT technology was simulated in an Euler-Euler multiphase flow model. Three incidence angles of molten aluminum were used to calculate multiphase flow in the optimization numerical simulation. The results of numerical calculation and comparative analysis on mixture uniformity showed that the refinery gas distribution changed remarkably with incidence angle, and the best uniformity of gas distribution was gained in a 45° incidence by comparing three simulated results of different incidence angles.
