Numerical analysis on the structure of selective catalytic reduction reactors in a heat-engine plant based on large deformation

摘要: 針對我國目前對于大型脫硝反應器的設計無規范可循的狀況,利用數值方法分析脫硝反應器結構,得到反應器整體變形與應力分布情況,以及反應器結構設計時應注意的構件與位置.通過對比大、小變形時加勁板的應力與變形發現,考慮大變形影響后其應力值水平有所緩和,分布較均勻.研究表明,在保證安全和滿足反應器使用功能前提下,反應器的合理化設計尚有一定的空間.Abstract: At present there is no design standard in designing large steel SCR (selective catalytic reduction) reactors. According to numerical analysis on the structure of a steel SCR reactor, the stress and deformation as well as weak position of whole construction are obtained. The results derived from geometric linear analysis and geometric nonlinear analysis are compared. According to the results, the data based on geometric linear analysis are conservative, and the stress distribution is more homogeneous when large deformation is considered. It turns out that the rational design of the reactor structure has a surplus to meet the needs of safety and the use function of the reactor.
